The wait staff was lovely. The manager and chef are a unique combination of incompetent, spineless and evil. After making reservations, they couldn't decide if they had enough food for our party. They, after an hour of asking us to wait for them to decide what to do, took our order, or at least half of it, then, refused to serve the other HALF the party, who were hotel guests, claiming they didn't have enough food. The spineless manager forced a mortified server to deliver the message. After 2.5 hrs waiting for food and feeding the children peanut butter and Jelly from the co-op across the street, a server with some common sense set him straight and delivered some food. The the guests they did "serve", including 6 children waited 3 hours for fish and chips. Best thing to be done is to fire the manager and chef and give the server who did comprehend customer service the restaurant to manage. Stay at the hotel for the service and the lovely location, but if you do, stick with the PB & J's from the co- op. read more
