I was told in a rude tone, "Don't send any packages here anymore," without any explanation. The issue is that no one ever informed me about needing a mailbox or any specific rules. How is a customer supposed to know that? Instead of explaining, they chose disrespect. If you don't communicate your policies, you have no right to talk to customers like they're a problem.
