Excellent sandwich truck that frequents our favorite brewery. We try to coordinate when it will be stopping by and travel out to it. I have tried a couple of their sandwiches and they've always been very flavorful, personal favorite is scotty the greek They also dish out large portions, I typically have a second meal from just one sandwich. Love that this truck exists as it complements the brews quite nicely. Highly recommend.

I love when I find a good food truck!! The crosstown was so good. I loved the peppers on top. And I also loved the pickle tots. I would definitely try this truck again.

Cheesy Pickle Tots - more like soft crunchy fritters. YUM.

WE LOVE BRIDGE CITY BRINERY they can do no wrong. Everything they touch turns to gold and I want it always. Please come out of hiding for the winter and make more smoosh burgers. They were amazing! I love that they are regularly at Grist House so we just have to roll down the hills and there they are! They are starting a new truck next year that just does smash burgers. While I love the OG truck vibe, I think the smash burgers have my heart. Happy eating!

If you wanted flavors that literally felt like they were knocking you straight our of your socks. This is it! Bridge City Brinery delivers the goooooods! I will literally go 30 minuets out of a way to go to a brewery (I don't ever get beer, I go for the truck) just for chance to pick up some BCB. I had been eyeing up this place for a while and finally crossed it's path. I was late to the flavor show. I had no idea the deliciousness that would then ensue and the addiction that was to follow! Staff 10/10 always friendly, fun and just all-around people that you want to support. Food is batting a thousand percent. Flavor is the name of the game. Every different thing I tried tasted so different from the last. It was a food adventure. The first time there I tried the General sandwich, which is a out of the world delicious! The sandwich it self was huge and messy. Much rather would have had the toppings on a bed of fries or something forkable. But that is just me! Fries, I am a connoisseur and theirs are super tasty, and they give a nice portion too. 10/10. I forget the name of the one sandwich we got with peppers on it, phenomenal though. The Seoul of Pittsburgh is out of this world. I saw a couple other reviews saying it wasn't traditional Korean flavors. I am in no means a expert on Korean food but I was craving bulgogi and Korean cuisine and this sandwich had me in love instantly. Cured my cravings and gave me a whole new thing to yearn for! Like I need this sandwich, at the least, bi-weekly. This truck is seriously a new problem in my life. A great, delicious, problem to have. If you see the truck and have not tried it, stop and try it! Go find it, right now. Like why are you still here reading??? Just saying.

10/10 Recommend!!! This Lobster roll is massive! Served on a perfectly toasted bun that somehow holds a mountain of fresh lobster; it's absolutely delicious! Only critique is that it should be served with a side of lemon, but the chef was happy to accommodate. Can't wait to order this again! We also tried the "Levittown" Philly Cheesesteak, which was just as delicious and a very generous portion. I highly recommend stopping in this new brick and mortar or hitting up the infamous food truck! Never disappointed with The Bridge City Brinery!

2nd time at this amazing food truck. Probably my favorite food truck sandwich in the city..."the general!" 16 hour general tso pork belly with pickled onion, kewpie, and I added kimchi. They have delicious onion toys as well. It's a splurge then nap type of beast...worth it!

    The Graceland with onion tots

Tried this truck for the first time when they were at Dancing Gnome recently. It was dinner time, folks around me had food from the truck and were really talking it up, so I went and ordered. I found the staff to be quite friendly. I ordered The Graceland sandwich which sounded delicious, but had to leave off a condiment due to an allergy. I found the sandwich to be very large and good. It had a subtle peanut butter flavor. Then I ordered the onion tots which people were raving about. These I wasn't impressed with. I believe the reason was that they were, in my opinion over cooked/burned. All I could really taste was the char as I tried them. I found the $6 charge for them slightly high too. I would definitely try them again, I just would skip the tots.

Delicious food truck. Friendly service. Fairly quick turn around time of food from ordering. All menu items seemed very flavorful.

I've had a ton of food truck food here and in pittsburgh. BCB is the most unique and only food truck worth a damn in the area.

We just ordered takeout online. I got the Umami Gold poke bowl and it was fabulous! The yellowtail was so fresh. My fiancé got the California Avenue poke bowl and overall enjoyed it, although he thought that the rice was a tad too salty. We got the smaller size of the bowls and they were still huge - we couldn't finish all of the rice! We also split the California Avenue roll and loved it - the pieces were also pretty big. You really get a lot of bang for your buck here! Definitely want to try more of the menu.

I've gotten the Jack and yellow a few times (yellowfin tuna, yellowtail, jalapeno chips, and wasabi mayo) and have been pleased. It does have a kick with the wasabi mayo so beware! I would love to see them offer more sushi burrito options (currently only 3 on the menu) or a build your own style option. The sushi rolls are simple, but yummy. This is a good spot if you're craving simple, fast casual seafood, with quality ingredients. The staff have been so kind too!

The only thing I could've went without, was the macaroni salad topped on the fish. However, the food here never disappoints. I'll be back.

Since it's a food truck, there's not too much to say about it other than it's a nice yellow color that reminds you of cheese. For dinner on this day I decided to go with the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese while my wife went with the lobster Mac and cheese. There was maybe a 5 minute wait between ordering and our food being ready and afterwards we headed back to our house to eat. My buffalo Mac and cheese ended up being quite good as both the buffalo chicken and blue cheese added great flavor to the dish. However, as it should be, the Mac and cheese was the star. The pasta itself was cooked nicely and the cheese sauce had a great flavor to it. There was an ample amount of it too and which means that I was able to enjoy Each and every piece of pasta. My wife really enjoyed hers too and we were both pleased that the lobster wasn't exorbitantly priced. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. Both my wife and I enjoyed our Mac and cheese and I would be interested in trying more of their flavors.
