It's extremely frustrating to deal with pest problems so early into a lease, especially when you expect basic cleanliness and maintenance to be a priority. On top of that, the front desk staff has been dismissive and unhelpful when concerns are brought up. Instead of feeling supported, we feel brushed off. To make matters worse, the leasing office reportedly lost my roommate's package, which adds to the ongoing lack of organization and accountability. Overall, the experience has been disappointing. If you want a quieter atmosphere I'd go with Accolade East, as it is a smaller apt. But I like west, lol. SUMMARY: Overall, they *have* nice things. But I don't think they know how to *care* for them. The place is beautiful and better looking than many other spots in the area. But, the level of care and attention to detail is a little lower than I'd like. They just need a larger team for different things (mail, cleaning, etc.).
