With each dress I tried on she offered suggestions around ways to change or alter the dress depending on what I liked or didn't like. For the dress I ended up going with, she had the great idea to add detachable straps so that I could have 1 look for the church and something different (and easier to dance in) for the reception. I will say that I was skeptical at first because I couldn't get a sense of what to expect from their website or social media presence. It is a little confusing whether or not you are shopping at Musette or Boston Bridal Rack given that they share space on the 4th floor of the building. To be honest I'm still not clear which selection goes with which store but that didn't sway me from purchasing my dress. Definitely worth making an appointment here & try to work with Reese if you can!

After visiting 4 bridal boutiques this past weekend, the experience at L'elite was by far the most elevated and I never once felt rushed or pressured to make a decision which is exactly what I needed. Sara made me feel so special and made sure my mom, grandma and best friends who came along with me were comfortable and happy as well. The gowns themselves are stunning-the fabric is so beautiful and feels good against your skin. Some of the dresses are lined in silk, which is so luxurious. My favorite part is that they were also so comfortable but still looked like a million dollars. I worked with Lay and she was fantastic. Fun and professional and complimentary. I didn't bring people with me, but I was able to call a friend on FaceTime, and Lay helped talk through the details of the gowns and helped to steer me gently away from gowns that were way above my budget. The dresses are a perfect mix of modern, trendy, classic, and traditional, so I would definitely recommend for someone who's having a hard time finding a dress that fits their style. I'd love to say "I will shop here again," but.... I'm hoping to never have to buy another wedding dress again lol. But I WILL tell my friends to give Floravere a try.

When the BuyWithMe for this came up I had to take advantage of it. I made the appointment (at my convenience which isn't very much convenient for most at 7a on a Saturday morning) and was pleasantly accomodated, even as I tried on a bunch of dresses that needed help with the zipper! Very good selection, as found on website, return was just as easily scheduled and even a credit was kept for the remaining voucher amount. Parking is a pain, but is to be expected in the North End. Overall highly recommend!

Update: After posting my review, a manager called me and…read moreoffered to reimburse me for any alterations needed to the dress, and asked that after the reimbursements were made for my review to be adjusted. After being sent the receipt for the many alterations needed on the dress, Bella Bridesmaids asked me to send them the dress so they could have a look at it. I have not heard a word back since and have reached out multiple times. No reimbursement whatsoever, and they stole the dress that I had bought from them. I will continue to be in touch until I am both given my dress back and reimbursed FULLY for every alteration that was needed. Absolutely disgusting service. Original review: The dress I ordered fit TERRIBLY--It was as if they didn't take any of my measurements. They also wouldn't return any of my calls asking about alterations. Luckily I was able to find a tailor in the area (who agreed that the dress was poorly made) to help when Bella Bridesmaids wouldn't.

I wanted to write this review for two reasons. One to talk about my experience with this store and…read moresecond to share some insight on bridal industry. If you don't know this the companies that make and design the dresses decide what "sample size" is. They usually base this off a size 4/6 for what they call standard or straight sizes and a 16/18 for plus. Every clothing brand has different sizing and bridal sizing for whatever reason appears to run smaller than normal sizing. Its going to be very hard to order a dress without measurements and the measurements taken are matched against the sizing chart from the bridal companies. Most people are in between sizes. So if you are annoyed about the size of dresses to try on then say something to the clothing brands, post that on insta and facebook and push them for more sizes. My sister's and I went to Bella in decemeber 2019. We were late arriving because of a small accident on the highway on our way there. Even though the store was busy we had our own space and we were not rushed despite going over our appointment time. The woman who worked with us let us try on everything we were interested in seeing. I was excited to go to the Boston store even though I live in New York because they had brands that are not available in the other locations. I wanted to order and pay for the dresses myself and I reached out Brit who helped me do this on the website. Our wedding was going to be in June. In April we realized it would not be safe or smart to go ahead with this plan. I reached out to Brit and she has worked with me to come up with a plan for what to do since we are now rescheduling. Having to plan a wedding once is stressful enough. I never thought i would have to plan it all again, so I am hugely grateful to Brit and Bella for making this process easier
