The first time I came, staff were attentive. The second time I came to say yes to the dress, the staff were just sitting around, didn't attend to me when I've made a booking. After waiting for 5 minutes, someone finally came to talk to me. On top the dress I wanted wasn't there for me to try on again. I ended up getting the dress because I loved it from my first try. They told me the dress would take 6 months to arrive. I bought mine 8-9 months early. It didn't arrive until the 8th month with delays. The dress arrived but takes 10 days for it to arrive in store... Then when I tried to book for my alterations, I had to wait 2 weeks. They measured me but I still had to do alterations and fittings again.... I ended up getting the dress 2 weeks before the wedding. I gave myself 2 months of buffer time to get things sorted. Also knowing, I don't gain or lose weight easily. Besides that fact, they've pushed me down the bridal list and pushed other brides who bought their dress later, up the waiting list. I find this so unprofessional and would've just taken my time to find a dress if I knew they'd just delay my dress. To top it off, my dress got stuck in the zipper, they blamed me for it when they were the ones who put the dress into the dresser, they unzip it ready for me and then they wait to dress me. I have a slight rip in my dress but they said it's ok, since it's the under layers, you won't see it anyways. I wouldn't recommend brides in love based on my experience. I loved it at first but every experience after that wasn't great at all!!! read more
