I had an amazing experience with Roupak. My weeding was located in Temecula in the middle of summer, it was a very hot day. I initially told her about my skin type and how I struggle with keeping my makeup intact and she made my makeup last for the entire day and the entire night. Roupak is nice but doesn't cut the job! I greatly regret using her for wedding. Dont risk it. Her makeup style is heavy, does not airbrush. Hair was a major issue. I did a wedding hair trial...it did not hold. She does not use enough product for hair. Picture attached of "glam look". We decided to change styles for the wedding day, I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. (and also brought my own hairspray the second time) On the day of she did the bridal party first. PLEASE PLEASE put yourself (the bride) first because we ran all the way up until the last minute. We were unable to fix the requested pony updo. She did not listen or look at the pictures and pinned it back, within an hour all of the hair extensions clips showed through in pictures! read more

She brought in additional artists for my rather large party and set a great timeline. My hair and makeup did not budge and she recommended I get 2 sets of hair extensions, and boy was she right! My advice is listen to the professional! She did a variety of styles from more natural to full glam depending on what the individual wanted. She also spent time redoing anything if they changed their mind. One of my bridesmaid's curls didn't hold super well but my bridesmaid said that happens typically (she has super long hair!) and it still had a loose curl which looked great. The undereye setting powder did reflect with the photo booth but was perfection in all the other photos. My whole experience with Roupak was quite wonderful. I did a makeup trial with her and after it, I found that I had some things I wanted to tweak. Roupak had no issues with it and was able to accommodate them on the day of the wedding. While everything was beautiful, I did find that my hair didn't hold as well as I was told it would. The amount of hair spray that Roupak put in my hair didn't stop the bit of wind from creasing into my hair and the curls losing its shape. Could have just been my hair but I was hoping that it'd be flawless. I had to ultimately fix them with a hair curler right before the ceremony. The makeup definitely held on though and it turned out wonderful in the photos. I would highly recommend the makeup trial as you will be able to see what works for you in the end.
