I love homemade ice cream so we had to stop here !! The line was long but it went by super quick and we got our ice cream maybe two minutes after we ordered. The ice cream was good, more on the creamier side. Definitely not the best I've ever had but it was good.

Automatic five stars for having pumpkin ice cream even if autumn hasn't hit yet. It was delicious and the place was very busy for night time ice cream! The general vibe of people in line was so chill. Everybody in the town in general or at least this area were so kind and even the staff. Such a cute spot in a cute town!

Good ice cream! I liked how the mint ice cream was not bright green, makes it more natural. The flavor was strong and refreshing. I wouldn't say it's the best ice cream I've ever had, but it's good. The seating area was nice and the staff were friendly when taking orders and calling your name. Parking situation is a little tricky, as is anywhere in the area.

We were looking for a specific place to have some awesome ice cream as we haven't been in a while... found out this was recently sold to the previous manager of the old place. Did not disappoint ! At all. Was great ! They still have the outdoor seating with plenty of room for everyone. I'm a huge ice cream fan so always go for the large size. I barely finished it all but forced myself since it was so good !! Glad someone took this place over that kept up the pride in ownership and did not skimp on the quality at all. Amazing and you have to check it out if you're nearby. Aloha

I am SHOCKED this place doesn't have more reviews. This was my first time venturing outside of Newport when in Rhode Island and this place is just one of the many reasons why I'm going to keep doing so! I drove to Wakefield after a beach day in Narragansett and Brickley's was the PERFECT end to my day. I cannot get over how great the portions were for the price. So much bang for your buck, seriously. The ambiance was almost summer campy with fun tents and picnic tables. There's PLENTY of space. One of my pet peeves is when outdoor ice cream places or lil fast food restaurants don't have enough space to accomodate guests. That won't happen here. The ice cream was unreal. I got sweet cream and chocolate coconut almond which is considered a small. My friend got the same portion of black raspberry. It was the IDEAL ice cream texture and when combined with the waffle cone...omg. Next time I might skip out on the basic sweet cream for another adventurous flavor. Their menu is HUGE. The staff was super friendly and service was quick. I even watched a staff member run out with a cup when a kid's cone was starting to melt a bit too fast. After posting a photo of my ice cream to Instagram I had several people swipe up with comments like "best place EVER" and "BRICKLEYSSSSSS." The people that get it, get it! Get there ASAP so you can too :)

The portions here are massive and while there seems to always be a long line, they move so quickly. This is a well oiled machine! They move their line along quickly and have it super organized. You don't need anything bigger than a kiddie. You'll have plenty of ice cream. The girls that got a small were blown away by how much they got. I will def go back and will be getting peach! I tried my friends and it was amazing! Super cute spot with lots of seating. A must check out!

YUM. A must stop. This is the best ice cream I've had in Rhode Island so far. It was creamy without being too heavy. The mint Oreo had so many Oreo pieces and a perfectly balanced mint flavor. The cookie dough was also delicious. They had plenty of seating outside which is a plus for a good ice cream stop! Thankfully the line wasn't too long and our ice cream came out quickly. I will 100% send people here, especially if they're going to be in the area for a beach day!

If you know, you know. And if you don't know, make it a point to visit this location or the one in Narragansett. This ice cream is rich and thick with creative flavors, and obviously stellar ingredients contributing to excellent ice cream. My favorite are the coconut, coffee chip, chocolate almond had whole almonds in it, and the sweet cream. If you roll up and find a line, do not despair! Everyone working at Rick's works hard efficiently with a smile and the line moves quickly. This is one of those spots where you just secretly pray nothing changes so that when you're craving a fresh hot waffle cone, and rich, thick & creamy ice cream on a summer day, they will always deliver.

Deliiiicious homemade creamy New England style ice cream that is absolutely perfect after a beach day. Great selection of flavors, fast service, and convenient location! We always make a stop by Brickley's when visiting the beach. They don't have any indoors seats, it's just an outdoor counter, but then there's a whole outdoor seated area right around the corner! It's also nice to just walk around the city with Brickley's in hand :) Not sure if it's necessarily *better* than all other New England style ice cream places, but it's definitely the best in this area.

Who can say no to peanut butter ice cream before dinner? I know I can't, which is why I stopped here before having dinner. I asked the girl at the window which ice cream I should choose, and she said their peanut butter ice cream is made with authentic peanut butter, so I had to go with that one. And let me tell you, it was the best ice cream I've ever had in my life. It was so creamy and so sweet! The cone was crunchy and scrumptious. Eat here if you are in the area!!

Brickleys is a must if you're in the area. Their homemade ice cream is unbelievable. And they just got soft serve, which is what I got last night. This family owned spot has been a summer staple for many years. Don't let the line fool you, it goes fast and it's worth the wait. They also make great milkshakes either any ice cream. Once you get your order there's benches and tables on a patio to the side. It's usually filled with children and dogs but that's what summer is all about! Enjoy!

After having lunch at Purslane Eatery, the waitress asked what our plans were for the rest of the day. We said we might check out Brickley's Ice Cream next door. She said if the line is short, we should definitely get ice cream. Brickley's Ice Cream's first priority in developing the business was making great ice cream and it is made fresh daily. When we went around the corner, there was a line of customers but not too long. It moved fairly quickly. We could smell the homemade waffles. There were so many ice cream flavors to choose from. I had a hard time choosing the flavor but settled on the maple walnut flavor in a waffle cone. After you order, you can wait around the side and they'll call your name. The maple walnut ice cream had walnut pieces and it was not overly sweet. The waffle cone held its shape and was really tasty. There are a few benches and tables for you to enjoy the ice cream. It's a really nice spot.

Always fantastic when I need an ice cream fix! Homemade and creamy. Plus some sugar free when I'm on a diet. Love those waffle cones.

This place is owned and operated (very well).by two lifelong friends and mere 21-year-old younglings, Adam and Donny. It's in a tuff spot; numbers of others have passed thru various tenancies with different ideas of how to accompany the farmstand creamie type ice cream business, but these two have somehow found the balance (imho). That balance includes not just the precisely focused menu and their astute assessment of a real need waiting to be filled; it also reflects the research, planning, work and personalities that are going to bring success. Adam and Donny have clearly done a lot of homework, not just with the business side, but culinary-wise. One does not just open a restaurant and hope for the best- especially with "real' (meaning, raw, scratch-prepared) product- even ice cream handling is scientific, and the scooping of it is a very precise maneuver with specific technics absolutely necessary. Whether Daisy's will establish a brand and grow, franchise, diversify, or just continue along as an exemplary demonstration of business acumen and personality profile to keep these kids happy just as it is, they have at least one customer who will keep coming back not just for the "Winter Blast" ice cream and the perfectly prepared chicken breasts not frozen patties), but out of a very strong fascination for observing and following whatever these two do into the future. If you know me- I am very judgemental of food service and Hospitality establishments, and I can be really critical. This place has me excited to stay with them!

I couldn't pass up the opportunity to try while passing through the area and boy it didn't disappoint!! Service was amazing, took order and it was a bit cold out so he said will bring it out to your car if desired. So while the game changer was being crafted I jammed to some tunes in the warm car. The sandwich was amazing, perfect combo of Daisy's Chicken deliciousness with a kick of Jayd Bun's spicy sauce with some slaw. Looking over the menu there were a few items that I can't wait to come back to try. From specials like burnt in sausage, tenders, chicken and waffles, chipotle BLT, wings, heck they even have a vegan burger. Always enjoy a good root beer float so couldn't pass up that sweet treat after devouring that collaboration of greatness! Awesome selection of Warwick Ice Cream to choose from, it is always great to see local supporting local and highly recommend everyone give Daisy's a shot! Looking forward to next visit!

Parking is shared with the connecting stores, and we didn't have any issues finding a spot. There is a couple serving windows, but we decided to go inside since it was cold. We were the only patrons. The one scooper looked bored out of her mind as we looked at the flavors. I was excited to learn they serve Gifford's ice cream. I want to preface the review that I really wanted Campfire S'mores. It is my absolute favorite flavor from Gifford's. I could eat a whole tub at once. I scanned the freezer to find my beloved flavor and I was taken back. A few tubs are double stacked, with the new tub underneath a ripped open tub. My Campfire S'mores was in a very low ripped tub, looking wet, sad, and disappointing. I've never seen leftover ice cream look this wet. I was nervous and tried it, and my assumption was correct, a big NOPE. It was old and gross. Definitely not what this flavor should taste like. That was the moment where I didn't know if I could trust other flavors. I tried cotton candy, and it appeared okay. It looked and tasted as it should. I sampled I Scream For Cake... Seems fine, a little melted. When I asked to try one more, she said, "We're only allowed to give out three samples, sorry." Never at any ice cream shop have I been told about a sample limit, and definitely would have rather been told BEFORE I started sampling wet flavors. I was starting to lose all interest in this shop. I was afraid to get a cup of anything new, so I settled on I Scream For Cake. The boyfriend got Peanut Butter Pie. The awkward moment was when the scooper quickly placed his ice cream on the counter top and it fell over. She sighed loudly, threw it in the trash (I emphasis on threw), and started over. Oof. We ate our melted ice cream outside. The ice cream scoop was okay. The whole experience and interaction was not what I wanted. I hope they get colder freezers and toss the wet ice cream. Right now, I don't plan to return.
