Ever since then I've grown to appreciate the art and delicate flavor of a well made macaron. So I was happy to find this store on Yelp. We were visiting in the Denver area and had time to stop in and check out Honey B'a Macarons. The person who assisted us was so helpful and well-informed about flavors and ordering options. She boxed and wrapped my "6-sleeve" order making it look special. It was a fun experience! And the macarons were amazing to look at. They offer a menu in alphabetical order to help with selections. They also do events but I have no additional information on that. The variety of flavors was classic to creative and everything in between. Check out their website for more photos. We got an orange dreamsicle, a dulce de leche, a coffee, a dark chocolate, a vanilla, a birthday cake, a pistachio, and a fig, goat cheese, pear & walnut macaron. The orange dreamsicle, coffee, and birthday cakes ones were fantastic. Can't wait to try the others but don't want to rush. The macarons were fresh, well flavored, and the texture was perfect. Excellent macarons and a lovely store.

The workers were very kind and efficiently pumping out orders as the line was never ending in the time I was there! Overall impression of the macarons is they are not so sweet that you feel like you're instantly getting a cavity but still very flavorful and bright. I got 6 of them: Raspberry white chocolate 6/10 I hate white chocolate so not sure why I thought I'd like this but even as a white chocolate hater it's not too bad Chocolate 7/10 surprisingly the most bland, kind of just tasted like a brownie Coffee 8/10 pretty simple coffee flavor going on here, very robust and a good pick for people that don't like super sweet Strawberry champagne 10/10 delicious!! Floral, sparkly, tastes like real strawberry not synthetic strawberry flavor Strawberry kiwi 10/10 delicious and beautiful! The kiwi flavoring comes through in a way I've never tasted with a sweet before Creme brûlée 10/10 my favorite!! The charred sugar on top was so delicious, paired perfect with the creamy marshmallowey flavor of the macaron. Again is a great pick if you don't like super sweet.

Somewhat small on the inside with a cute bar, a variety of both high and low top seating, and a bakery case for quick ordering near the entrance. Service was excellent and it was clean and bright inside. The food was out of this world good. First off, I'm a sucker for a London Fog and this was one of the best I've had. Their cocktails all look super good and will be back to try some. Our table ordered a variety of meals and some pastries to-go. We tried the hash, Benny, stuffed French toast, veggie omelet, sourdough baguette, macarons, croissants, and a pop tart. For the meals: - hash (corned beef is perfectly cooked and it's a nice sized portion with a runny poached egg on top and hollandaise over a crispy/well-seasoned Rösti - very good but a little on the heavy side for me) - benny (loved the flavors of this one and that duck confit was so flavorful and tender. Also, loved the bright, refreshing salad it comes with) - veggie omelet (I didn't try this one, but my brother in law said it was a great, traditional omelet - nice and cheesy) - stuffed French toast (WOWWWW - no notes. It was sublime. The passionfruit stuffing was to die for and it comes with a candied honeycomb. Not something I normally order, but we split it for the table and everyone wanted another one it was so good!) The sourdough baguette is perfect and has little flakes of sea salt on the crust. Crunchy on the outside and soft and spongey on the inside. All of the pastries are delicious and I've got my eye on so many more things for the next visit. 10/10 experience.

My friend and I got there at 10:45 on a Saturday and were seated right away. Service was attentive. The inside is cute and there is also an outdoor patio. Lots of parking in the parking lot as well as street parking. Will be back to try their over the counter pastries!

The first thing you notice is the lamination. You can immediately tell these people know what they're doing. Beautiful layers, super buttery, crisp without becoming dry or messy. Just really well made pastries. Flavor wise everything felt balanced too. Rich but not heavy. Sweet without feeling overwhelming. You can absolutely understand why this place keeps getting national attention. Definitely worth making the drive to Parker for.

I was greeted by one of the owners, Gonzo Jimenez (he was on Netflix's Bake Squad reality show) when I approached the counter. I ended up purchasing the following: White Chocolate Strawberry Swirl, $8.50 prior to tax and fees- Of the two bars that I purchased, this one was my favorite. I love white chocolate, especially when combined with fruit or peppermint or dark chocolate. This was a nice creamy bar that really complemented the strawberry flavors. I would purchase this bar again. The only down side is that this bar is thin and I think this bar is pricey for what it is. Pistachio Milk Chocolate Bar, $9.85 prior to tax and fees- According to Gonzo Jimenez, this bar is their take on the trendy Dubai chocolate. I was definitely disappointed with this bar. There really wasn't that much pistachio and a higher ratio of chocolate.
