We've dined inside before, but yesterday we stopped in to pick up pastries and were reminded why this is one of our favorite bakeries in Denver. We grabbed an éclair, a blueberry muffin, and two ham and Swiss croissants. Every single thing was outstanding. The croissants are incredibly flaky and buttery with the perfect ratio of ham and Swiss, the blueberry muffin was moist without being overly sweet, and the éclair disappeared embarrassingly fast. We always have every intention of taking pictures... and then we take one bite and completely forget. That's probably the best compliment we can give. Then when I was there, I added a big pretzel and that came to ... $18. It's VERY big but seems like maybe $10-$12 would be luxury pricing instead of $16.
