    All windows have been recently upgraded to the fiberglass variety. No drafts and such a clean look!

    Be careful of the Hunchback Lady of 45 StoneyBrook. The lady has no respect for others and all up…read morein your business... this place used to be safe and livable. Now they just let any welfare case move in. Packages started being stolen, people smoking all kinds of stuff outside, dirty, dog poop everywhere, people have no lives so they all up in yours starring at you form their balconies, drinking, loud and weird individuals with tainted windows cruising around especially at night. Not safe at all...I dealt with management once, the thing "lady" on the phone was so rude and unprofessional -all because I was at work (few of us there do work) and my dogs barked due to the couple living upstairs that fight constantly at all hours of the day including at 2:30 am but my pups were the problem, oooook...I had to give a "star" or I couldn't post. Plus all other reviews given by others are accurate.

They are only interested in the money they can get and have no pride in their properties nor respect for the people whose hard earned money lines their pockets. Because housing costs are unaffordable in eastern Massachusetts for the majority of people, many have to reside in whatever is the least expensive choice. The Levy family has taken advantage of the situation and lured renters in with some of the lowest rents in the area. But they do not maintain their units as they should. All outside maintenance goes to the lowest bidder, with foreseeable results. The on-site maintenance employees are exemplary and do the best they can with no help from the owners. The on-site manager has to field complaints for issues over which she has no control. I have never before written a review on a website, but want people to know that if you must rent here, you will be ok. But expect nothing from the owners or management. Only Gary and Christine care a whit about the place (maintenance and manager).

    Update: The owner…read moredid respond to my emails and calls. Apparently, it was a system error. I'm glad the issue was resolved. I did have to call and email multiple times to have the issue resolved, but it was resolved. Hopefully others have a more positive experience with this company than we did: They came to our home in May 2024 for AC "tune up" for the season. I was told that the system was in great order by the tech and supervisor with him. They charged me for the service: $169. That very same day the motor on our condenser failed. The part was under warranty, luckily; although they tried to charge me for the part, until I reminded the billing department I looked up the warranty myself. They did charge for the labor (169 again)-- despite the motor failure occurring the day they tuned up the system. November of 2024, we realized the Honeywell control board for our heating system had failed. Our system was about five years old at that point. Schulz techs replaced that part and charged us 455 for the service, which we paid shortly after receiving the bill. We paid using their online payment system on 11/17/2024 and payment processed 11/18/24. Eight months after they replaced the control board and we paid for the service, they sent another invoice for that same part from 11/2024 for 296 dollars. The original bill was for parts and labor. We found a far better company to use. We will not use Schulz again. Luckily my husband has his credit card statement and invoice to show we paid previously. Maybe just an error, but it isn't the first issue with this company.

Their employee apparently quoted me too low a price, for a service I would not want at a higher price. After it was done (badly) they tried to collect 3x the quoted price, and the owner actually accused me of lying about the quote. I don't need to deal with people who treat their good customers so badly.
