If I could give less than one star I would. This company is so shady, their website clearly says "Delivery and set-up ALWAYS FREE" and then over phone and text they want to add a $45 delivery fee. The guy tries to tell me it's for "local" rentals only, but they are in Lakeside 15 minutes away from us. Not to mention when I called they told me the 3n1 and anything smaller were already rented out and tried to upsell me on something more expensive but I told them it was out of our budget. Then the next day the one we want is suddenly available but when I call him out on the delivery fee, he won't budge and won't even explain why he's trying to charge it. Yeah buddy, I definitely won't be renting from your shady company!! Response to the business owners reply: The first question I asked you on the phone was if you had a delivery fee, you told me $45 before we even talked about location. Second, I in no way was aggressive at any time, our communications after the first inquiry were all by text and I'm happy to post those. I merely pointed out that if you are going to have exceptions to your stated delivery policy on your website, you should probably list exceptions. You really have no clue what good customer service entails, I pity you for all the customers you could get but for your horrible attitude towards customer service. read more

Had an excellent experience with them today - rented the castle with the double slide for my daughters birthday which was in one of San Diegos parks. Their price was very reasonable compared to some we saw online. They were punctual coming at the right time and came back to get it right on time as well so we didnt have to wait around for them for pick up. Their insurance/license is also already with the San Diego parks administration so you dont have to do that extra work. Would definitely recommend them to anyone based on our experience today. I sent another email on the morning of the event just for one more confirmation and got no response.
