When a business is up front that they can't meet your needs and doesn't waste your time trying to either come up with something that won't work or being so late, you can't get what you want, that's a business you want to keep in your back pocket for later. You told us how busy you were today having 2 other displays/events and it's obvious that we didn't get the best quality based on how busy you were. - We really just wanted to chat through this with you to figure out a reasonable updated price, but you avoided discussing it with us and never responded, so we made this review. - We did not say 6-7pm was fine for pickup. We mutually agreed on 4pm specifically bc our son goes to sleep between 6-7pm and we wanted everything from the party cleaned up before that. - The fact that it fell over again AFTER your employee supposedly fixed it, says it all. We had to go find bags of gravel to try to keep it standing during the middle of our party. - We did not leave her "equipment" in the street. We live in a nice neighborhood and we left your wooden boards near our front door, leaning safely against our house. - Gol was over 3 hours late to pickup her "equipment" so we actually thought we were doing her a favor, bringing everything to the front of our house. Super disappointed to be honest - these things happen. We rented 54 chairs and approx 11 tables. The tables are very old and made of wood. You can…read moreobviously hide them with nice thick table cloths but one table fell 2x on us. We could not use it due to safety. It was a very heavy long table with a leg that did not have a safety on the latch. The chairs that were delivered were absolutely unacceptable as they look like they had been dragged across the concrete many times. They were very very worn and scratched. We called the office before the delivery man could leave. We were able to request a different chair that were provided for the same price as I was now going to pick them up. The lady was very nice. We were originally told the tables and chairs would be set up and taken down. There was somehow a mix up and the guy just said I don't do that and left. The lady at the office assured me it would be done for the pick up. We just took them down ourselves. Not a big deal but the set up sure would have been nice. I had free tables and chairs from our church but chose to pay$ in order to not have to pick up or set up. Their linen rentals are twice as much $ as our caterer too. I would definitely reconsider this decision if I could do it over.

My tank wasn't completely empty, and I didn't want to pay for extra just to reach a minimum. This is still America, right? I asked the lady why they had a minimum. She said it was policy. I asked why they had that policy. I asked if they could change it for me. I then shook my head in disbelief as I exited. I understand why policies and rules and regulations exist in this world. However, when you lose a sale and a potential return customer because a policy that exists for no explainable reason is just inexcusable!

Rita was a breeze to work with and was very responsive throughout the entire process. We communicated mainly via text and she was quick to send me pics of the inventory in real time. The prices are reasonable and the furniture was beautiful. Her team took care of everything from the delivery, set up and breakdown and I didn't have any issues. She worked seamlessly with my wedding coordinator to ensure everything went according to plan. Highly recommend this group for beautiful rental additions with a hassle-free experience for your events.

It pains me to have to write a negative review for a small business but I feel like I need to…read moreinform future customers who might be prevented from making the same mistake I did. I first reached out to them on Oct. 21 on their website. When I didn't hear back a week later, I called them up on October 27th and was able to get ahold of Rita. I told her that I filled out the form on her website a few days ago but haven't heard back. She said they've been backed up so it's taking a while for them to get through all the requests. On the phone, I was able to get a quote from her for 100 clear Chiavari chairs for my La Jolla ceremony in February at $4.95/chair plus $200 in setup fee. I was very happy with the price and asked if she could send me a formal invoice. She said that she will do. Fast forward to November 16, I realized that it's been more than two weeks and I still haven't heard from Rita. I sent her an email to follow up and sent her another one a few days later when she didn't respond. I also called the business number twice and it's all gone to voicemail. This is just horrible business etiquette to ghost your potential customers and never respond to them again. Even if she's no longer available for my date or no longer want to take me on as a customer, she should have done the courtesy of writing me back to let me know. Instead, I've been waiting for a month for her to get back to me thinking that I have my ceremony chairs secured and now I have less than two months to find another vendor.
