We got in touch last minute and he was able to deliver our rentals despite poor weather and even allowed us to keep the chairs and tables til the following day because we were unsure what time our event would go till. Working with AirPlay Jumpers was a dream! I was planning a surprise birthday party for a friend and it was Goonie's themed. Mike, the owner of AirPlay Jumpers was so accommodating and he had great ideas! We used a large bouncy house that he attached a pirate banner to (to fit the theme). Then he brought his sumo wrestling suits so that we could have a "Chunk vs Sloth" event. And another AWESOME perk was that we were watching the Goonie's movie so he brought his popcorn machine and we ate real movie-theater-style popcorn while the movie played! Mike kept me updated on the weather conditions leading up to the party, showed up early, was fast and efficient with set up and take-down, and generally made the whole process seem like a breeze. I ordered a jumper & 2 tables w/chairs for this past Sunday for my son's Birthday. Mike called 1 day prior to the party confirm time & location. Mike & his wife arrived early, and were very nice. They set up quickly, and I was very impressed with the very new & very clean looking Spongebob jumper! The tables & chairs were also in excellent condition. They arrived on time for the removal of the jumper & even cleaned/vacuumed all the sand/grass out before deflating. Super happy with their service! So glad we rented a bounce house from this company, they are the best! This was my first time using them and it was a horrible experience. I was not impressed with the jumpy first off , especially for the price. I get a jumpy for every occassion so I am very familiar with them and this just did not please me. The service was absolutley horrible. I dont know where to begin. The time was changed numerous times for the drop off and if it was not for me calling I would have never been informed. They would have just shown up and I would not have been there. They added on a fee that I was not told ahead of time as well. Then refused to give me change back from my cash payment. The man was extremley rude to his wife/helper which showed horrible customer service on his part. The whole experience was ruined. I would never recommend the company to anyone nor will I rent from them again. read more

Airplay jumpers is a great, honest, family owned business. They were so friendly, and helpful in getting me the best and most doable jumpy option for my son's 4th birthday. "Mini-combo jumpy with the slide" i think it was. The jumpy was very clean and they figured out a way to position it so the slide would have the least blazing sun on it to not make it so hot for the kids sliding down in their shorts! Very thoughful. They are also the only company I found in san diego who would deliver a jumpy to my very rural location without charging me an extra hundred bucks. I highly recommend them. :) read more

We had a party this weekend and rented the ultimate 75' obstacle course as well as tables and chairs.
