My husband and I recently purchased a home that had carpet everywhere. With 3 big dogs and 2 cats we knew that was not going to work for us. We received quotes from 3 different companies to replace the carpet with LVP throughout. We went into the Brian's showroom to see samples. The woman working was great- she showed us options she thought we would like and helped us pick a classic floor that we think will look timeless. We scheduled for a designer to come out, measure and quote us for the job. Brian's was the only company that gave us an itemized estimate- how much will it cost to remove the old carpet, to move furniture, etc. We knew everything down to the penny and if we handled something ourselves, it got removed. Product was ordered, came in about a week later and the job was scheduled. The flooring install team lead by Daniel was incredible. They were kind, respectful of our home, knowledgeable and meticulous. We think they did a great job. I'm surprised at the other reviews on Yelp as we had a great experience with them (Dec 2025). it has took me awhile to write this review as I don't have a tendency to complain, however this was the worst flooring experience ever! They did a horrible job with installing and the product they suggested look15 years old after only 8 months. They even cut the floorking to my bathroom and just put nails in it hoping I wouldn't see it. We spent $9,000 on engineered hardwood and the finish was splotchy, some even peeled off and was so worn after less than a year. It was absolutely a waste of money. To make things worse, they glued all of it down to the subfloor which has been a nightmare for my new flooring contractors to remove. They don't stand behind their work and I'd never recommend this company for anything! read more

I will never recommend or use this business again. They say customer service is their first priority but that is a joke. Pieces of wood trim are coming out all over the house and it was installed 8 months ago. They will come back out but for an extra charge. Seriously! Also the floor in my kitchen is not level with my cabinets and appliances and they think this is acceptable. I have already had a family member reinstall several pieces of trim because it looked as if they never properly installed it. I hate they I used this business based on a recommendation. We have had issues with our flooring (which is now discontinued) and Brian's has offered terrible customer service. They refuse to replace the flooring to the "water damage" which was caused by mopping. I used a higher end flooring company to avoid issues like this. I should be able to mop my floor without it buckling. We specifically asked our salesperson if the floor with hold up to kids and normal wear and tear. It does not. I installed 89 cents a square foot vinyl flooring in a previous home which held up over 8 years. This flooring cost a good bit more than that and was professionally installed and buckled within 6 months. I would not recommend Brian's to anyone. Based on Brians response I should edit this to say at NO TIME did anyone from Brains inform us prior to the floor buckling that we could not mop our floors. However they now want to use that as the reason they refuse to provide any level of good customer service. read more
