I did not have experience with the service portion of this boating service/ supply shop, but they…read moredid order a needed part for us and it was the correct part. It took about 2 weeks to come in, which was during the Covid "quarantine" so that might have put delivery service behind, maybe. Friendly enough & my partner said to mention they now offer Zero turn motors and Shindiawa. Hopefully that will make sense to somebody

Recently I had some problems with my Mercury 175 Pro XS. Although it was still under warranty I was…read moremore than a little stressed out over it as we had a trip planned soon. To add to my stress the Pro XS engines are from Mercury's Racing Division and was skeptical if they were equipped (and trained) to diagnose and repair it. They did so flawlessly! I originally stopped in on Saturday and was greeted and written up by Jay ( parts advisor). He was extremely thorough in asking questions about the symptoms I was experiencing. He suggested I call Abriel the service manager Monday in case he needed more info Abriel did a great job getting me in the shop after a few days (explaining that there were others ahead of me), but he did keep me informed even though my boat hadn't been looked at yet. The fact that he called me instead of me worrying & having to call him to get a status update is EXACTLY HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE! That is true 5 star customer service excellence! Jay the parts consultant, Chuck ( the tech who worked on my engine & patiently answered all my stupid questions ) all delivered top notch courteous, professional service. I didn't buy my new engine there, but was treated like I had bought a fleet of them. Paul , the owner, has a FANTASTIC crew and should be very proud of their performance. Mercury sent me a survey about my experience and it was easy to "ace" it!!!

I also own a 2021 Malibu M240, being that I bought my Paragon from Lake Area Water sports I decided to try their service department out. Dropped my M240 off a month and a week before 4th of July, they said it would be no issue to get it done. I had them do warranty work and a full service. They charged me for some of the warranty work and charged me for the full service. I took a look at the oil when I got home and it smelled and looked like it hadn't been changed. I called them talked to service manager, said the work was done kick rocks, I told him I just bought a brand new 400k boat from you and he replied "so what" I took my boat immediately over to Tommys in Orlando. This is a side-by-side comparison of an oil change. You be the judge on if they actually changed my oil or not. BTW I paid over 600 bucks for the service. I personally would not have my boat serviced here.

I had booked a 3000 mile trip to complete the transaction and had to cancel everything. It was clear that when they got the seats back from the upholsterer they decided they wanted more money so they BROKE MY CONTRACT and relisted the boat. This is one shady organization!!!

Don't make the mistake I did. So, my wife and I went to look at a 2016 Tracker Grizzly with a…read morebowfishing platform. Met Brad the salesman. He generally seemed decent and honest. We the boat was dirty and full of leaves . He told me they don't clean them up until they're sold. So ,I figured that if I bought it, they would have cleaned it. Didn't happen! When I picked it up it was still filthy so I guess that should have been my first red flag. Anyway, I was also assured that it had went through a complete function test and service which I unfortunately found out to late was also not done. The first clue that I had been had was the gigging platform lights. I hooked up my generator to them and 1 out of 8 was out . Within 5 minutes, I heard a sizzle and arc sound and all the lights went out. One of the lights shorted out and caused them all to go out. Got that fixed at an out of pocket cost of $300. I also found out that the nav light don't work either. I used the boat 3x and the fourth time, it wouldn't start. Just a clicking sound coming from under the cowling. Come to find out, the starter is toast . Im in the process of replacing that myself because I don't want to spend $800 for a mechanic to do it. Waiting on the part right non. Another complaint is about is the fact I was lied to about a complete service being done to the engine. The oil filter was marked with a permanent marker. The date read 8/2024. I bought the boat in late 2025 so, I was lied to about that as well. Im, in the process of changing the oil myself as well. Im at least handy enough to do minimal maintenance or Id be over $1000 in the hole for deceptive sales practices. My suggestion is to stay clear of this business. There are plenty of boat dealers out there that are hopefully more honest than Millers.
