She is extremely knowledgeable about VA loan criteria and truly understands how to navigate all of those requirements, which gave us so much confidence right from the start. Noelle built a great rapport with the listing agent, which helped us get information quickly and approach negotiations strategically. She negotiated a seller credit toward our closing costs that allowed us to buy down our interest rate, which made a meaningful difference for our family. We were so grateful for her advocacy and expertise. She also has amazing connections throughout the inspection process. At her recommendation, we completed a sewer scope inspection that uncovered major sewer line issues we otherwise would have never known about. Because of her guidance and negotiation skills, we were able to secure additional credit to address those repairs. That alone speaks volumes about how thorough and protective she is of her clients. Throughout the entire transaction, Noelle was a steady and professional middle person between us, the listing agent, inspectors, escrow, and title. She kept everything moving smoothly and made sure we understood each step along the way. On top of all that, she is genuinely kind and friendly, and we truly felt like she was in our corner the whole time! We are so thankful we had Noelle on our side and would absolutely use her again in the future. She was incredible!

For quite some time, I had been undecided on moving out of state and what type of place I was looking for. During this time, Nina was extremely patient with me and never once made me feel like I needed to rush into any decisions. Nina is extremely efficient and responds to my calls and emails in a timely manner. She has seen everything through without a hitch from paperwork to communicating my concerns and questions to the owners - allowing me to be stress-free! Her reliability, professionalism and pleasant personality make her top notch and a joy to work with. All we knew was that we want to buy a house to raise our son. We started looking at houses on the weekend afternoon (only time both of us was not working). The first few houses we looked at, Nina hung back and asked for our opinions. I didn't realize that E and I have opposite views of what we want. There were some houses that had some interesting surprises such as a 3/4 bathroom in the garage (I guess it is comes in handy if you can't make it to the house). Nina informed us that the housing market was starting to move quickly. Homes that came out on the market were sold within a few days (sucks for us). E and I decided we need to kick it up a notch by meeting separately with Nina on the weekdays. For 3 solid months, Nina was working the system trying to set up appointments to look at homes on the weekdays as well as weekends. With my crazy schedule, Enrique saw a lot more homes than I did. The ones he liked, Nina would make a notation and set up a time for me to see the house on the weekend. Nina picked up on what I liked and what I didn't which was great especially when she was house hunting with E. A few of things that stand out: 1. Flexible with accommodating your schedule. 2. Personable - open minded to your ideas and interest and can chart out potential homes that would suit your interest in a timely manner. 3. Knowledgeable - based on her years of experience, she displays keen instincts towards trends and buyers interest. We would recommend Nina to anyone especially if you are first time home buyers!!!

Toni was recommended by the consultants I worked with and the more time that has gone by, the more I appreciate how lucky I was to cross paths with her. She is responsive, punctual, understanding, communicative, honest and respectful despite my obvious ignorance. I was initially looking in the completely wrong area (closer to where I live) and focused too much on numbers rather than the big picture but Toni indulged me until I was ready to go all-in on the appropriate space for my needs. Even after I was fully committed, Toni sat in on meetings and helped negotiate the contract with me, pointed out BS contract terms in a tactful manner, and provided suggestions that complemented the role of my direct consultants. She was my advocate above and beyond what is in her job description and still, every day, when I walk into my space (and pass by where I initially wanted since it's on my drive home =P), I'm reminded how she was a huge part of my current business growth. The space that I had initially rejected but revisited due to her gentle nudges turned out to be perfect. My patients and staff love it! THANK YOU TONI! Highly recommend without hesitation.

We worked with Allison to lease out our house in Beverly Grove on two different occasions. Most recently she has listed and managed the entire process for a full sale. At every step of these processes, Allison has been consultative and strategic in her planning and thinking. She obviously knows the local market as well as any agent in the area and that shows. She's not just an agent and a trained attorney, but also a savvy businessperson and she suggests smart solutions. She works hard and is available to her clients at all hours. I guess the most important part for us is that she's also relaxed, kind, and easy to work with. I can't say anything bad about our multiple experiences in working with Allison in our local real estate market. Our family has no reservations in recommending Allison Schwarz!
