Impressed. My wife's dentist recommended Dr. Nguyen to remove cracked molar the dentist didn't want to attempt. Dr. Nguyen's Appointment on time, staff friendly, things explained well, answered questions, was asked if any other concerns, dental treatment room clean and new looking, price same as every where else, (I shopped around a little bit, LOL). 5 stars for environment of service. I dislike shots in the mouth and was apprehensive.... Literally did not feel a thing. A little funny taste in my mouth was about it. After allowing numbing shots to work, no additional questions, the top of my tooth cracked off as expected. Dr. Nguyen had to pull the three roots separately. The third one was well connected, took a little more technique..... And didn't feel a thing. It was uneventful enough that if my tooth wasn't missing, I would have wondered if anything had been done. Clinical care, 5 stars. Discharge instructions clear. Took the Tylenol and ibuprofen as advised before numbness wore off. Feels about the same as a loose tooth. Discharge instructions 5 stars. When i thought the impossible became possible. I have always struggled with my teeth. I was upset my parents for not getting my dental work done when i was a kid. Just like all my medical work i made a spontaneous decision to go get a teeth cleaning. Which turned into a whole big thing. Referrals to get my wisdom teeth removed this that and the other. I did some research online found an office that does wisdom teeth and Invisalign. Beautiful let go there. Made a next day appointment was going great when bam "im sorry we are going to have to refer you we can't get those out". Ughhhh im about to give up again. But i took the leap made the appointment they were able to get me in 1230 next day for a consultation. I went in we discussed prices when i saw the price that wasnt an over kill for all my wisdom teeth i made a call 20 mins later i was on the books for 4pm same day. Went back in 4pm the same day walked out at 515 all my wisdom teeth gone. All this to say Dr. Nguyen and his assistant. AMAZING. Was very very comfortable. I have been referred from a close friend to Dr. Nguyen. I am from California, where there are many dentist surgeons to select from. I called the office to make an appointment. They were very efficient, and had a lots of patience, because I asked many detail questions especially on the total cost. Because I have to travel and stay for sometimes for follow up in Nashville. First time at Dr. Nguyen office, the reception desk was very clean and the staff was very friendly, they offered me hot or cold beverages. They were very efficient with paper works. The waiting area was large an comfortable with soft calming music. I did not wait too long. They prepared me and had a detail consultation prior surgery day. Dr. Nguyen showed me all the detail processes like he mentioned on the phone. The next day I went in and had the procedure. It was a smooth sailing no pain, really no pain! I had been being treated for Sinus Infection and Bronchitis since 11/18 when I, first time ever, got a very large sore on right side of my tongue. Went to my GP Doctor on 12/8 and she treated it with a swab of medicine and a mixture called "Magic Mouthwash" by my Pharmacist. Have taken successfully before, but was for tiny sores on top of tongue caused by strong Antibiotics. I went to my Dentist who said I needed to see a Oral Surgeon. They highly recommended Dr. Nguyen. They made me an Emergency Appointment because booked. Very welcoming and attentive getting my paperwork done. His Nurse is Wonderful. Explained everything that was going to take place. After Xray Dr. NYugen came in an introduced himself and said he was going g to grind down my molar which was rubbing it and not letting heal and do a Biopsy. I loved it when he came in with his phone and turned on the Mama and Papa's and asked if I was numb. He and his Nurse sang to me as he did Biopsy and stitched me up. Today I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Brian Nguyen and without a doubt I also learned that he is the best Oral Surgeon out there. His staff were wonderful through every phone call and in person conversation, they seemed knowledgeable, professional, and always happy to take care of their patients needs. Dr. Nguyen made it a very quick, easy, and relaxing experience by being very informative and reassuring about the details of my surgery. Afterwards, him and his staff were very attentive to me and gave me very reasonable and helpful instructions reguarding recovery and prescriptions. Later that day after surgery I was happy to receive a follow up phone call from one of his staff members checking in on how I was feeling. Dr. Nguyen and his team are outstanding! The entire process of getting all of my wisdom teeth out went so smooth and the office is clean. Dr. Nguyen and his staff were thorough in preparing for the surgery, you could tell they know what they are doing seeing how everyone has a an assigned role in making sure they were ready to go. His staff were so nice and caring while setting up the IV lines for the drugs. I was put under sedation and didn't remember a thing other than a funny joke Dr. Nguyen said right before I passed out! The procedure was quick and painless and I had very little pain recovering. I was at work the next day after getting all my wisdom teeth pulled, and my whole office was shocked! I had a routine dental procedure that resulted in a molar broken off at the gum line and was referred to Dr. Nguyen to have it extracted June 2, 2021. I had never been to Dr. Nguyen and was terrified to have a surgical extraction. He and his team took time to thoroughly examine me and my tooth, explain the process and were sensitive to my fear. I was given only local anesthesia and Dr. Nguyen expertly extracted the tooth with no pain (I only felt a few seconds of pressure) and procedure was over. I have followed post-op instructions and have had no discomfort or issues so far. I had a wisdom tooth removed because it had cracked a partion off. I never had a tooth removed before and I was scared to death. Everyone at this office is very friendly and helpful throughout my entire experience. I recently got an eyelash lift , the staff was able to answer any questions on the products in detail to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted . I also was able to talk to the doctor about some pain I was having in my mouth, he was able to help recommend some things I could do to help . I'm the worst with dental anxiety. Needed a loose tooth pulled. I usually get sedated. Dr. Nguyen has done several for me over the years and today I was not sedated. It was going to be very quick and he could have easil profited off of me by just sedating but he gave me my options, explained everything. He did not try to sway me either way.
