I am a new client to Brian Lock and Rosa Stefani with the Glencoe office as of April 2022, and I cannot say enough for Rosa's professionalism and proactive communication. Rosa regularly follows up to give status on the progress of policy start-ups, changes, or issues needing to be resolved. I was most impressed this past fall of 2022 when there was an issue with State Farm billing. She followed up with her corporate contacts regularly to be sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Something I feel I usually have to do when issues arise. I have always felt that the way to know the caliber of a vendor, sales person, or business owner, is to observe how well they follow up and resolve items that don't go smoothly - this is the true testament to their dedication and service to their client. It's easy to provide a service when there are no hiccups, but Rosa took care of all the follow up for me, so that I didn't have to deal with the hiccup. And, she did this after only having me as a client for a few months. If you are looking for someone to do the leg work on price comparisons, keep you in the loop so you don't have to worry where things are at, and share her knowledge of various way to package insurance plans, than reach out to Rosa at the Glencoe office. My local State Farm insurance office, and agent Rosa Stefani in particular, has been very helpful in working with the corporate office to expedite resolving various issues regarding a claim even though claim handling is not part of her job description. She has been terrific , kind and helping me because she knows and understands the system. She is very efficient, knowledgeable and knows how to treat customers well plus deal with the corporate agents for my claim issues. I can't say the same for the corporate agents in another state as it has been a difficult experience, but my local office, with Rosa assisting me, has been wonderful and she really wants to help expedite things, so I am very appreciative.
