Brian Review When my wife first suggested we get a personal trainer, I was skeptical about the potential costs associated. However, here we are 7 months later and we couldn't be happier. We have shifted our view of personal training to be an investment in our health and longevity. From the moment we met Brian he was kind, approachable, and knowledgeable. His level of education and devotion to learning the latest kinesiology research is apparent in every session we have had with him. Since teaching us proper form, we have not sustained any injuries from working out... something that was common in our previous fitness endeavors. Brian has been helpful in teaching us to recognize when we need to challenge ourselves and when we have reached our limits. We are so grateful for him and everything he's done for us. He recently moved to his own location that is clean and outfitted with brand new equipment, such a plus during these trying times! It is also worth mentioning that Brian has incorporated safe protocols throughout the pandemic.

Two months in, weight loss, improved mobility and conditioning, increased strength overall. Excited for the future!

I've been training with Brian for over a year now and how I wish I could have met him earlier in my life. Prior to Brian, I've been working out on my own on and off for the past 10+ years with improper forms and routines. As a result of this, my body had lingering aches and soreness. I have been so impressed by Brian's extensive knowledge of proper form, body alignment, exercises, and recovery work. He designs routines for each session that are challenging but never impossible. I'm so thankful to Brian for helping me feel like I'm in my 20's again. He's personable, easy to talk to and always has an awesome attitude. If you are willing to put in the work, are diligent about sticking to your workouts and maintain a healthy diet; Brian will put you in the best position for success. I can not say enough about the positive results that Brian has helped me achieve. Reaching my fitness goals is now a routine event and we are constantly moving the bar further to challenge me. Brian will challenge you not only physically but also mentally... many lessons which are directly translatable to the real world. You always feel seen and motivated, not judged. Coach Mark is extremely knowledgeable and brings a different kind of support. He's calm, solid, and always there when you need guidance or reassurance. You can tell he really knows his stuff and wants you to succeed. Coach Ryan and Coach Aaron are awesome at helping you build new skill sets and pushing you toward your maximum potential. They're great at breaking things down, helping you improve technique, and showing you ways to level up that you didn't even realize were possible. I went to a regular gym for about 15 years and never saw real results like I have here. The difference is the environment. People hold you accountable, the coaches care, and you're constantly encouraged to be better. What's funny is I've driven by this gym for years and never really thought about it. With everything being online now and reading reviews, I'm honestly grateful I finally walked in. This place works, and the community makes all the difference. Highly recommend WoPro Fitness if you're serious about real results and being part of a supportive, motivating environment.

I've tried so many of the instructors, and everyone has their own vibe. Some are harder than others. It's really cool to figure out your favorites, and switch things up when needed etc. Unlike many other Lagree Studios, when you walk in, you enter a lobby first..Not just boom there's the machines and a cubbyhole for your things. There's a full lobby with seating and a separate room to place your items. The machines are further in the back in another room, which disconnects you from the entry door and windows. So when you're in session, you're not distracted by cars driving by or anything like that. I also really like the ambience. I prefer dark over squeaky bright studios. When it's time for class, the music is blaring and you lock tf in. The instructors are good at correcting your form when needed, and you can tell that the studio has a great deal of respect for Lagree. I've heard people complain about the parking, and I totally get it. But typically if you arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your class, parking shouldn't be an issue. Ive only ever had an issue when I'm running a little late. You can have private events here too which is nice. I celebrated my birthday and it was cute and something different to do with my friends.

The instructors pay close attention to your form and give real corrections so you get the most out of every movement. They're not the type of studio that hands you matcha for showing up, but they do run challenges and reward you for hitting milestones, which feels much more meaningful. The space isn't bougie; it's clean, functional, and designed for training, not selfies. It creates an environment where utility comes first, and you never feel intimidated walking in.

I highly recommend Wilson for chronic back pain and body imbalances…read more I've had back issues since high school that turned into years of poor posture especially once I started working and sitting even more. My entire right side was off, from my toe, knee, hip, back, even up into my shoulders. I just had no idea what the root cause was or how to fix it. I've seen MANY physical therapists throughout the years, tried acupuncture, and gotten regular massages. Unfortunately none of them provided relief for more than a few days. I also worked with other trainers before, but they trained me in more generic ways and overlooked my imbalances. Sometimes it would make my pain got worse. I moved to this area a few months ago and was referred to Wilson. I immediately felt a HUGE DIFFERENCE just from our discovery session. He picked up on issues in my movement just by watching me do a few exercises. He used the massage gun to loosen muscles I didn't even know were contributing to my pain. He explained exactly tight, what was weak, and how everything connected. He told me I'd feel better within two months... but honestly, I started feeling better within just TWO WEEKS of seeing him twice a week. This is genuinely the best money I've ever spent on my health. I'm definitely stronger, more balanced, and NOT IN CONSTANT PAIN!! I can go on longer hikes and spend more time walking my dog without stopping to massage my back... I can't recommend Wilson enough, especially if you feel like nothing else has worked.

She is patient and caring and I have never felt better. She is encouraging without being overly pushy and she understands your limitations. I found the perfect gym to begin working out with a personal trainer Brian. The goal was to increase my core muscles, maintain flexibility and protect my back from future injury. Brian has been great to work with, always observing and correcting my form. I feel stronger over the past year and my back feels better. When I'm there for my twice weekly workouts, there are usually a handful of trainers working with their clients. All the trainers work together in sharing the space and equipment. It's a comfortable and motivating environment to train in.
