The filling was too high. After a week of that appointment I was in the absolute worse tooth pain I have ever experienced. I called back to schedule another post op appointment due to the pain, Dr. Grzywacz tried referring me to an endodontist and wrote me a referral. Mind you, before I had this appointment I had no other issues with any teeth, I didn't accept the referral. I called them back the next day and scheduled a second post op appointment, sure enough when Dr. Grzywacz walks in he says, "yep it does look like it's still too high"...the dude tried to refer me to a specialist the day before, so had I listened to him, it would have been a waste of time and money, and possibly more complications. After he adjusted the tooth, my entire bite ended up being off. Then Dr. Dion comes in, examines my mouth, tells me she can't fix my bite because I need braces..I came in for a filling, I don't need or want braces, not to sound prideful but I get compliments on my smile and my teeth aren't messed up, so I'll pass on the braces..but again trying to refer somewhere else and not solve a problem they create. She just kept insisting there was nothing they could do. I regret ever spending my money here. Dr Grzywacz is not even on the website for doctors at this office or any of its locations. I wish could rewind the clock and stay away from this place, this was the worst dental experience I have ever had.

Requested refund, was told I had to sign some kind of release form and remove my 1 star review from google. I requested the form be emailed to me to review but I never received it. Never recieved any further communication from that office after google review was removed. Minimal patient education was provided. Vast majority of what I learned was from other dental services online. Learned how to perform a soft relign via YouTube. I'm thankful for that information as I can finally now eat solid foods.

This office will not. They will give you an in-network treatment plan and then charge you out of network rates later. They even highlight what the cost is on the in network plan. It can cost you hundreds being out of network. Please watch any elderly pts going here. They are the biggest prey cause they may not understand how insurances work and its a huge shock to get a bill for additional $500. Its just rude and bad business practice to do this. So disappointed.

Through several cleanings, the hygienists have been as professional as one could wish for, and pleasant to deal with. I have had a chipped front tooth for many years that my old dentist told me could only be fixed with a crown (and some expensive orthodontic work to prevent the crown from then damaging my real teeth). Dr. Khaddor agreed that was an option, but thought he could fix it with filling at a fraction of the cost but with the same cosmetic effect. He was right, and I am extremely happy with my smile. I've had probably 8 dentists in my life, and I've never had a problem with any of them, but Dr. Khaddor has earned a new lifelong patient.

I called to see what to do for my child that had an allergic reaction and to see if they would tell me how much of a dose he got. They said all calm like "yea your son was very hard to numb so he got the max dose" ummm ... what? Not 1 fkn person to inform me of ANYTHING!! He's 4 years old and his parent is just in the other room with no consent of informing me with him being hard to numb.. no wonder why he swelled up like a fkn balloon.. ugh but of course no dr called to see how my son was doing. It was just another day to them. Everything there made me feel very uncomfortable. There was no way in absolute hell I would take myself or my children there ever again!!! we are much happier where we're at now. Stay away from this place. They don't care about you and will do whatever to your child because you're not in the room. Just weird and creepy. Only weirdos do that shit.. only place out of like 15 dentist offices I been to that can't have parents in the room with your child getting service. KEEP YOUR BABIES FAR AWAY!!
