I've been going to dr bailey's for years and so has my family. I love going here. The hygienists listen when I feel any discomfort and are always happy to do things in a way that allows me to be comfortable. This is coming from someone who use to avoid the dentist due to painful experiences. Dr Bailey does the same and makes me feel like I'm important to her. The office is beautiful as well. Overall, from the minute I walk into their office I feel like I'm going to be well cared for and I can actually relax! Thank you to all of the staff and dr Bailey herself. read more

Wow....my bad review from a few years ago disappeared too. I got nothing against any of the staff there, they are friendly , office was clean. My only problem is with Dr. Bailey. I think she needs to work on her bedside manner along with not recommending services that are not needed! I was uncomfortable with her recommendations, having no problems, I waited till my next cleaning. Six months later I went to another dentist for routine cleaning, and they said my crown and two fillings that Dr. Bailey said needed replacing.... we're just fine ?!? Watch your $$$ at this office! Btw... it's probably more like five years and that crown and two fillings are just fine don't trust her she's just out to make money. read more

I am not sure HOW this business what's able to wipe there reviews clean and start again?? Maybe YELP has an offer. However, I will be happy to re write. I initiated braces here with my daughter. They were, of course very intent on collecting full money right away even though she just had a few brackets in front and spacers. The appointment was very odd, Dr Bailey seemed VERY defensive? The equipment wasn't working and after a long several tries, we were greeted by a horrible bedside manner. Her staff seems a little scared of her as well. So, she was putting on these brackets for my daughter, I was asking questions, as she increasing got defensive, she was making comments like nobody else was around?? I told her that I also had the same kind of upper jaw expander as she wanted to put on my 16 year old. She made a comment " well, since your mother had it we won't need to teach you how to do it when you get it out on." She commented on the color rubber bands that daughter was asked to choose saying that was a bad color for her. She handed her this rag old off-center copy of what my daughter shouldn't eat during braces. Did not smile, reassure, or teach my daughter anything during the whole visit. Result was we went to another ortho but they kept billing our insurance. We had to fight for at least 6 months to have them refund what was illegally billed. There excuse was that we didn't ever tell them we weren't coming back which was inaccurate. The next educated ortho said those jaw expanders should NEVER be used on a 16 year old. The new ortho was VERY skilled and up to date with their knowledge. VERY glad I went with my gut and never went back to Bailey! JUST HORRIBLE AND not up to date in knowledge! DO NOT GO THERE. read more

Husband showed up at 9:50 for a 10am appointment. There was a sign on the desk that said they were in a meeting until 10:30. He sat down and waited until 10:30 and no one was there. He left. They called closer to 11 wondering where he was. The woman on the phone informed me the 10 am appointment was for paperwork, but they had not set any paperwork out. She even lied and said they had looked in the "lobby at 10 and no one was there." She then said, "Well, I guess he's not coming." and hung up. If this account has been scrubbed, I cannot even imagine was used to be here. read more

My wife had dentures made that just will not stay in. Dr. Bailey said she would adjust them in a year? Plus my wife was told by another dentist they left a broken tooth under the gum ? Never going near that place again. Should have looked information on her work first. Staff was very nice and friendly. read more

Dr. Bailey does not have a good bedside manner I've noticed. She does not even say "hi" to her patients when she walks into the room and starts working on you. I do not feel that she is very personable. She seems to boss her staff around as well, and I have noticed a high turnover in her staff--I'm guessing because of how she acts towards them. If you choose a career working with people, at least say a simple, "hi, how are you?" before putting your hands and instruments into my mouth. read more

I went there to get a infection cleared up, every dentist i have ever went to treated the infection before even attempting any dental work. First time there i told her where my infection was she seen i had a broken tooth above the tooth/gum that had an infection numbed my mouth without my permission and started grinding my top tooth away with BARELY IF ANY numbing agent. Had to go back the next monday and explain to a "dentist" with "30 years experience what was necessary". I needed the infection treated. I took the stronger antibiotic i asked for because the medication prescribed wasnt strong enough to take away the infection. Been there twice and a week and a half later im in so much pain im writing this at midnight because of malpractice. I am going to get ahold of a lawyer monday to sue and get my money back and be compensated for the unnecessary dental work i now have to get done. Do not every go here if you need anything more than a reassurance your teeth are great. read more

I have to update this to deduct stars after a recent experience. After deciding to get my invisalign elsewhere I was at my first appt and they informed me that a crown that Doctor Bailey had put in wasn't actually a crown. I do admit when I called her office to complain that they booked me an appointment right away (I wonder why..hmmm) and as she was fixing my gob she was extremely rude to my mother- said "I don't care" when i was asking her dental questions, then tried to solicit more appointments to me. Everyone at Bailey Dental Group was amazing! They were super busy but they didn't make me feel rushed and took their time explaining everything. The woman at the front desk was fantastic (I will get her name next time)! Melissa, Emily, and Dr. Bill were kind, funny, and really made a less than desirable experience a pretty good time. Ive been a patient for Bailey Dental for many years. Mostly the experiences where good, prices reasonable, and good work. Unfortunately the last few years I must admit things have changed - and Cynthia Bailey has been very rude to me a number of times during procedures that I was struggling with. During one of the procedures, of which I was experiencing quite a bit of pain during the drilling, I was twisting my feet and holding my head in a locked position trying to accommodate Cynthia through the pain, and she stopped and called me a 'panzee'. I have finally decided to switch to a new Dentistry after all these years. If someone has difficulties with dealing with dental procedures, I must state that Bailey is not the place to go, as at least with Cynthia Bailey there is a lack of compassion and kindness towards patients. read more

I never take the time to write a review but after the way Dr. Bailey treated me and my family, I found it absolutely necessary!!! I had seen Dr. Larkin in this office a few weeks prior and had a great experience. The receptionist, hygienist and Dr. Larkin gave me exceptional treatment and were very friendly. Therefore, I scheduled an appointment for my children the following week. Unfortunately, it was with Dr. Bailey. Dr. Bailey was not only rude to me and my children, but also to the hygienist! I was seriously appalled! Two days before my children's appointments I had referred a friend to this dentist and I made sure to retract that referral! If it wasn't for Dr. Larkin I wouldn't be returning and I plan to file an informal and formal complaint. She was so rude to me that my blood was boiling but I had to hold my composure in front of my daughter so I simply asked the receptionist to make sure NOT to schedule myself or my children with Dr. Bailey again. EVER AGAIN. I have never been treated so poorly by a "professional" and will never recommend Dr. Bailey to anyone. read more
