Asked for callback from manager but was told don't know how long it would be for callback but you're well aware of how many days your policy says you have to wait before you can even check to see if check cashed. Poor customer service!!

THANK YOU Mr Wonderful, Dr. Anthony Griglione! THANK YOU wonderful women STAFF!…read moreI had a cracked tooth my dentist had tried to fix on Monday, it was still bothersome after a couple days, by Thursday night it was throbbing all night. My dentist recommended Endodontic & Periodontal Associates, LTD. I'm so very thankful they did!! I thought to just have it pulled but that thought was very upsetting, I don't have luck with cracked teeth...The young ladies at the desk were so very sweet and went the extra mile, trying to get me in somewhere to have it extracted, to no avail.. He squeezed me in, could not turn me away in the pain I was in! I've had plenty of dental work, he is one of the best shot givers and the root canal was a breeze! He was so caring, and asked me frequently if I was doing ok. It can be so traumatic to have procedures done. He put me at ease and it was done pretty fast too! Saved my day, saved my tooth! Thank you again Dr. Griglione!

They also had time for my questions, and still were very quick and efficient. Recommended. Realize, however, that the practice is very focused on payment. Even with my Delta Dental Insurance, I was presented with the bill and methods for payment as I was sitting in the chair with my bib on, waiting for the actual procedure.

I am 6 months pregnant and went into this office with severe tooth pain. I had medical clearance…read morefrom my OBGYN for an extraction and spoke with the assistant, Patricia, multiple times beforehand. When I arrived, she wasn't necessarily rude, but definitely not welcoming or compassionate either. From the start, Patricia and Dr. Yousef rushed through the procedure. They did not allow enough time for the anesthesia to fully work. I told them I could still feel pressure and pain, and they brushed it off as "normal." What followed was the most traumatizing and painful dental experience of my life--I was literally screaming and crying while they extracted my tooth, fully aware of the pain I was in, while I am visibly 6 months pregnant. Instead of slowing down and being gentle, Patricia repeatedly told me to "stay calm," which felt incredibly dismissive given what I was going through. I've had years of dental work done--braces for 5 years, six wisdom teeth pulled at once--and nothing compares to how excruciating and careless this procedure was. When it was over, Patricia just handed me a bag and said, "Okay, you're finished." The doctor never spoke to me about aftercare, nor was I prescribed any pain medication. I left in tears and sat in my car crying for an hour afterwards. This was hands down the worst dental experience I've ever had. They were inconsiderate, impatient, and careless, and I would not recommend this office to anyone--especially expecting mothers. The regular office is wonderful. But the oral surgery office in building 3, was a nightmare.
