On his first visit, Carlos thoroughly cleaned and sanded the deck. He also went above and beyond by power-washing underneath it, an area that desperately needed attention. I had not asked him to do that, so I really appreciated the extra effort. When he returned to stain the deck, the finished result looked fantastic. Carlos was prompt, honest, upfront about pricing, and clear about what needed to be done. I am extremely happy that I hired him, and my deck now looks great and meets my HOA's requirements. I cannot recommend Carlos highly enough. He does excellent work and is an even better person.

One lady we had decided not to trim with tape and it looked really sloppy, she went in and out of our home so much that it took her weeks to finish. Not John! John came in, gave us a estimate and stuck to it exactly. He was very detailed and careful with all the rooms (especially the kitchen!). On top of that, he came when he said he would and within the four days he told us it would get done - it was done! You can tell he is experienced and takes the job seriously.
