Nicolas installed expensive, high-end wallpaper in two areas, and the finished workmanship was not what I would expect from a professional installer. There were numerous issues with the installation, including uneven and poorly finished cuts, sloppy corners with excess and dangling pieces, and areas where the wallpaper was not properly adhered and is already lifting. The powder room had similar finishing issues. The handling of the wallpaper itself was also concerning. I observed a significant amount of crumpled and wasted material and saw the wallpaper being cut and handled in a way that did not demonstrate the care I would expect when working with expensive material. We also paid to have several outlet/switch covers and a laundry cover wallpapered. One was not completed, and the laundry cover was taken with the understanding that it would be finished and returned. It was never returned. Some covers and other areas were left with painter's tape. Most disappointing, however, was the lack of follow-through after the installation. I have made multiple attempts to contact Nicolas to discuss the workmanship and give him an opportunity to address the issues, but I have not received a response. I have photos of the finished work I had hoped to include so that others can see the workmanship for themselves. I would have much preferred to resolve these concerns directly, but after repeated unanswered attempts, I feel it is fair to share my experience.

When I was about ready to do it myself he called and said he would be there in 2 days. He came and did 3/4 of it before he ran out of stain. Said he would be back next weekend to finish. Haven't heard from him! Been a month and a half and nothing. No response, and I don't even know color of stain to finish. Really disappointed because they came recommended by a fiend and this happens. I get I was a small job but at least respond to me.
