I wanted to leave this review as a thank you for not only replacing the sensors, but for taking the extra step to make sure everything was done with her safety in mind. Since I'm states away, it means so much to know there are still good people who truly care for their customers. Duke was kind, thorough, and charged a fair and affordable rate. We're very grateful for the excellent service and the peace of mind.

Mrs Talley, greeted me with a sneer as I asked about making an appointment. "You need to call. We don't make appointments in person. Besides, I'm busy!". She was literally alone in the office dusting off some cheap looking trophies. I stepped out of the office and called her from the curb, where It was extremely difficult to hear her over the traffic noise, When I suggested that it might be easier to continue the discussion in person, as I was 20 feet away from her, she repeated "That's not how we do business!" following up with "We might not even want to take your vehicle." and refused to offer any alternatives in the area. she did call later on and left a message that they weren't interested. We had just arrived at Bridgeport State Park when our truck started making a strange noise. We put…read moreour boat in the water and parked the truck at a campsite. That is when we noticed a waterfall under the truck. Looked for a hose leak or a radiator leak, but couldn't see anything. Since it was late afternoon, we decided to deal with it the next day. Looked for auto repair in Brewster, the closest big town 12 miles away, and located Medrano's. What wonderful people! This is a one-man shop and they normally work by appointment only, but when we showed up unannounced, Mr. Jose Medrano came out, took a look, ran a simple diagnostic test and said it was the water pump. He said he would order the pump and, since our truck is also our RV, do the work in one day. We drove back to camp. My husband took the truck over the next morning, arriving at a quarter to 9, Mrs. Medrano drove him back to the park so we could go fishing until the work was done. We called about 1 pm and Mr. Medrano said his wife was on the way to pick us up, the work was done! That is service above and beyond. The charge was well within the going rate for the work and exactly the quote we were given. We really wish we had caught a fish so we could give it to them. Medrano's does good work, the price is right on and they are good people. We would recommend them highly.

Time? 5:05 PM We decided to call the shop anyhow hoping they were maybe open later. They weren't but Bill answered anyhow. After talking with us briefly he drove to the station where we were stuck (fortunately, it was just around the corner!) and after trying to start the truck he offered to tow the truck and the trailer we were towing to the shop. Turned out to be a fairly easy fix; radiator hose had "aged out" and sprung a leak which led to the engine overheating and not wanting to start. Bill got the hose replaced very quickly and replaced our lost fluids, all the while monitoring our block temperature to ensure it was coming down.
