Paul installed an instant hot water dispenser in our kitchen, installed all new faucets throughout our entire home, installed all new shower/tub faucets and drains for 3 bathrooms, removed and replaced 6 ceiling fans, removed 2 old satellite dishes from previous owner, fixed one cabinet, installed our new gas cooktop, and installed a new backsplash in our kitchen. Believe it or not I found James (owner) on the Facebook marketplace. I was hesitant at first but I found our favorite handyman there too so I figured what the heck. He gave me a price I couldn't refuse! He texted me back right away, Was very polite, and explained everything that price he quoted me Included. He even took the old windows. He picked up the windows at the store for me, arrived at the time he said, and finished the job in the 2-3 hour window he gave me! I love our new windows and my room isn't an icebox anymore! I had him measure the other 21 windows I need to replace And I plan to do them with him as well! You can tell he has been doing this for 15 years! I would highly recommend James! Michael does pitiful substandard drywall work. I would never hire him again. We hired him to…read moredrywall our basement for 3 rooms and a bathroom. He was supposed to have a crew working but it was only him. He would show up at 10:30 or 11:00am and only work until 2:30 or 3:00 and take an hour lunch. This has taken over 6 weeks and the work is still not done right. The mudding and sanding looks terrible and no amount of paint will cover this up. Michael will ask for final payment before work is finished. Unfortunately we paid him so we've learned the hard way. I have plenty of pictures to show how bad this work is.
