I travelled from New England to Florida to be with her. Although my mother had made her funeral arrangements years earlier, I still needed to piece the end together. Being out of state I had lots of questions, so I visited All Faiths and met Judy. The arrangements, having been made so long ago, were difficult to find. Judy was so patient with all my questions and was able to find all the information there was and explained everything to me. Her compassion and understanding helped me feel assured that my mother's final journey will be well cared for. Once mom passed, Judy called me and described what the next steps would be, and Don would be sending additional information and paperwork. Within 48 hours, Don had sent what I needed for my mother's arrangements. Everything from timelines to obtaining death certificates was outlined in detail. What few questions I had, Don and Judy were there to answer them immediately. This was an enormous weight lifted from me and provided needed comfort. During one of the most stressful times of my life, I feel blessed to have had their help and compassion. I called a few Cremation companies that the Leesburg Hospital had recommended and All Faiths CS were the only one that answered my call .
