Coffee order: Ordered 2 milk 1 sweetner got 2 milk 1 sweetner Ordered 2 milk 2 sweetner got black no sweetner Although mistakes can happen "sometimes" the thing that really turned me from this place was the terrible service when confronted with the mistake. After the server replaced my coffee with a fresh correctly made one, after I returned to my car I noticed he and her colleagues making fun of the fact that I returned the coffee and doing impressions of me put the coffee on the counter. I'm very disappointed in this extremely unprofessional behaviour at this Tim Horton's location. One positive note though, they at least labelled the coffee lids correctly. A clean house and more training needed here I think.
