I have taken five drawers into this company and they repaired them over the past 5 years, with a replacement bracket. I brought in a drawer to have another replacement bracket put on and was told that they could not do it very rudely. Also, that they have never replaced the old brackets with another one. Amanda that works in the office was very nice. I didn't get the name of the person that was extremely rude, but he said that he's worked for the company for 30 years. I will never purchase a cabinet that is manufactured from this company. I will make sure that I pass the word on to everyone in my condominium not to go there or purchase anything that they've built. I have friends in the construction business and I'll make sure that they know NOT to do business with this company.

All of his bids were competitive with the others we received, but Brad's were timely and his follow-up precise. We could not have wished for a better outcome and will be return customers when it's time to tackle some projects in our house.
