This time, I got 5 buckets of beautiful landscape rocks from them at the best price I could find in the entire county. In July 2023 boards were floating up over top of the next board. I paid over 11k between the water proof flooring and installation. The Just a Dollar store closed down soon after my flooring was installed. I have tried to reach installer via texts and voice mails as he warranted flooring for a year as per his contract. To date I have had no return calls! Now I have to hire a Floor inspector! I'm fighting cancer and the stress of this is too much and definitely not healthy in my condition. I saved all the texts and documented all the voice mails I left the installer.

I ignored her first few rude comments, but by the 3rd, I looked across the room and another employee (sitting at a display table eating her lunch) actually winced when she heard the tone of the woman I was working with. I'm bringing you my business, and this woman thinks this is how she earns it? After a Google review, I see the owner responded, and judging by the snarky, unprofessional response, I can see why employees feel they can treat customers poorly. The only was I was "expecting" to be treated was politely, and they failed. For the record, I ended up going with YM Granite & Marble Inc. in Rockledge and I couldn't be happier.
