    I seen a car I wanted to buy. But owner didn't want the kind of car I had for a trade in. It is mint condition. Not good business

    Very poor customer service. After working with David for a week on a deal and finalizing…read moreeverything over the phone, all I had to do was go to the dealership to sign paperwork and trade off cars. Was quoted that "overage miles at end of lease would be $.10/mile". This was a lie!! When we go to the financing a I was told then that overage miles would be $.30/mile. I said no deal then as I was at the top of my payment range. Then the sales rep came in to ask if they could do the lease for 2500 extra miles a year at the same payment, would I sign and I said yes. Well, 10 minutes later he comes back and says his manager won't do that deal. So I wasted an entire week on back and forth calls to get the deal where I wanted it and not to mention 2 hours the day I was supposed to sign, only to walk away with no deal because Woodhouse Jeep Blair would not correct their sales rep's mistake. Not only was I a returning lease customer but the rest of my family has also been doing business with Woodhouse (other makes of vehicles) for over 12 years. Way to treat your repeat customer. Not only did they lose my business but the rest of my family's business as well. All because they didn't have the respect to correct their sales reps error. NEVER AGAIN will I buy from them.
