I took my car there to get fix because it was cheap fix and their staff members looked like they had been on a high on drugs slurring words and very rude. once my car was fix only to find out my car was has having the same problem so it didn't get fix properl. I went back under the impression that there was a 30 day warranty and I was gd by the owner I would have to repay for the same service so I took it elsewhere to get it fix properly. I was out money told the owner he should have to pay for someone to properly pay and was basic told to f off. please dont use this business noting but problems. read more

I had car trouble coming back from Omaha, gave them a call and they were to get me going. They were timely and easy to deal with.

ECM had bad wires, called and a service tech comes out. I could see and smell the wires burned. Tech monkeys around for an hour. Then tells me my ECM has fried wiring. $1250 for the tow which is 9 miles but charged 19. waited a week for a harness $3300 total plus $90 for using my Discover card. Tech took a switch off then lied when I watched do it. If it's not an emergency DON'T MESS WITH THEM. read more

Company driver that got stranded a Week Before Thanksgiving due to the turbo on my truck going on. Was told it would Only take about 2days..... I've been stranded and STILL waiting 2Whole weeks later, missed Thanksgiving and Still waiting! Service tech Cant/Wont give a estimated time nor date that the repair will be done. I had a blowout in my 2004 surburbuan i called them i was told he could change my tire for 80 the tow driver pulled up saw my vechicle and drive off i waited 3 hrs for them when i called him his reply was that i looked suspcious and ghetto my truck has the aftermarket chrome wheels im a truck driver i was on my way home after a 70 hr work week to see my kids . he told me he doesnt want my buisness he said you people have bad attitudes and that he wouldnt be doing buisness with people like me . so since he was the only tow truck in onawa iowa i had to call a tow truck in the next town 350 $ later tjos man is the scum of the earth read more

My trucks fuel gelled up because I didn't have enough fuel conditioner in the tanks. So my truck would not start. Schroders sent a tow truck to tow my truck back to their shop which was about 15 miles away. After keeping my truck in their heated shop for about 5 hours, I received the bill for over $1100.00 I did have them replace a leaking hose also. But most of the time my truck just sat in the shop warming up. I would never go back to these people, I guess they can charge whatever exorbitant amount they feel like. All I can say is beware. read more

Company unfortunately was not able to help us get unstuck due to a miscommunication between our driver and their dispatcher, a mistake on our end. The company helped come up with a possible solution and was willing to work with us on the price because they were not able to get us unstuck. The best to the worst.i had my motor home towed there.an that when i started gettin rob they told me that they could find out what the problem was.so that got it to their shop then started robbing me. I call them later that they n told me that they have not found the problem .so the next day which was tues. I got up around 11:am went to their shop in onwana iowa .they told me that they couldnt find the problem because it was not getting gas. So later that tues. I call them again a round 3pm they stated to me that they were backing it out da shop. So i stated back to him you never call me are told me anything.sn you fix it .so i say well how much it gonna be he told me got to call me back.5 min. Later call n say 13hundred an52 dollars n 44 cent an i was very very upset n i stated to him you found the problem an within 35 min.. You get the parts an put it on .that not true the need to be shut down before something happen there you cant rob people like that. Never gave me a price never told me anything plus going tell me 110 hrs. After fact pleasee close them down taking parts lose on my rv.
