I was told the process of building bones and completing a full arch dental implant procedure would take 5 months. It is now May 25, 2023 and the final top and bottom implants are not only uncomfortable but don't function well. I cannot chew hard foods and food gets stuck at the top of my gums every time I do eat. When I smile you can see the screws in one corner of my mouth where the food is getting trapped. The bottom teeth are also very small in comparison to the top and I informed the doctor that I was not happy. I was even told by Robin Greene the Treatment Coordinator that my final implants were made overseas and because of that was forced to wait 6 weeks for them to be completed which drew out an already overdrawn process! I was given no instruction or after-care paperwork and the doctors that performed the procedure and designed the implants are refusing to return my calls. When I complained about not only the lack of comfort and functionality of the final implants, I was told that what I wanted done was not what had been put in my mouth and that I would have to pay an additional $10,000 or more for that. Just to have implants that allow me to eat normally! I was never provided another option for the implants at the onset of the procedure. Please do not come here. They are dishonest and lack integrity and I will be suing very soon.

I went in to have the female short haired blond dentist check a crown that has been feeling sensitive when I bite down on it. I was seated in a room quickly but then had to wait forever until she finally came in the room. I told her what I was there for she and said I needed new X-rays, so they did that and I was sitting there waiting again. Finally she came back and just started filing down my crown to adjust it. I literally pushed their hands away because I was in pain and had tears rolling down my face. She then asked if I wanted her to numb it, which I thought would've been obvious from the beginning, I said yes so she gave me that and I had to wait 10 minutes for it to take effect. 10 minutes passed and I had to ask how much longer she would be. I was told she was coming. She didn't come for another 10 minutes. When she finally walked by and heard me asking again when she was coming. She stood at the door and said "what's the problem?" That set me off and I complained about her having me wait so long and just walking back and forth and I asked her why she didn't numb me in the first place knowing my tooth was hurting and she said that it wasn't obvious to her that she would have to. Anyone who knows me knows I have a nearly impossible schedule if any plans need to be made. Top of the list of things I almost can never get around to is the dentist! No good dentist has late appointments or weekend appointments. In steps Dr. Mangiaracina. I called late on a Saturday and left a voicemail. Totally not expecting anyone to answer but she herself called me back within 15 mins. I explained how my old dentist no longer accepted my insurance and I have a crazy schedule. What ensued was a great conversation and she promised to work with me. My first visit she did an exam and told me I had a broken tooth & she could do an overlay and save the tooth instead of putting a cap on. I love how she thinks. Then I knew I loved her when she told me she was going to bond another tooth that 3 other dentists insisted that I get root canal & a cap. I refused all 3 because I know my tooth was fine just chipped. She put up with my crazy schedule and accommodated me and got the work done. And I might add with NO NOVOCAIN!!! No pain was involved and I'm so freakin happy!! Wish I found her years ago!! Thanks for an amazing experience Dr. Mangiariacina!! 12-7-2019
