Has a GPU issue i wanted resolved, I told them to reseat it and if that doesn't work lmk what is causing it, they did reseat it and even cleaned the PC which I appreciate but I got back home and within 48 hours it had the same exact problem it had when I brought it to them, wasting $75 in the process. I don't want to understate this, they were incredibly kind and even called to let me know how things were going, but in the end I was told it was "working just fine" and came back with the same problem I walked in with. Maybe it was an off day, but it was not the greatest first impression

But, because I use my computer to edit movies I take of area performances, i was always running out of space on my C drive. I needed to increase the size of my C drive from 512gb to 2tbs and was not exactly sure how to do that by myself so I went to MMD for help. I dropped my tower off at 11am and they called me three hours later to tell me it was ready to pick up. Excellent work, easy to understand, really nice people. Very fair price. And now I have tons of computer space and everything is running perfectly. Love these guys!

The people at this place are very nice, keep you updated well, and were persistent in their effort…read moreto fix my computer with the parts I provided them (Which unfortunately turned out to be defective every time) but bad luck aside, there was shop negligence that cost me a lot of money. First my computers boot-loop problem was misdiagnosed as the cpu, which it turned out not to be one expensive purchase later. Then they lost my hard drive, and did not take accountability. In the end my problem couldn't be fixed across two different motherboards being ordered and swapped and I can't fault them for that in the case that they truly were defective and I just have terrible luck with motherboards, but that aside it would have been better if I had never taken it here because I'd still have $450 in my account from not having to swap a CPU and misplaced hard-drive. In the end I pulled the plug and picked up my still-broken desktop with the parts I'd given to them placed back in their boxes, NOT labeled like they said they would, and missing screws and a CPU socket-cover on one motherboard essentially voiding my opportunity to return that one. The one saving grace is they honored the guarantee on their website and did not charge me anything on pick-up, and that's really the only thing saving them from 1 star here and distinguishing this shop from a total con operation based off my experience and results. I wouldn't come back again for a complex diagnostic/fix on a gaming rig.
