Although I don't go through PAMF through insurance anymore; Dr. Thai has made it a point to still keep in contact after I call for older prescriptions and call me himself instead of an assistant whom I wouldn't feel comfortable discussing my concerns with. I trusted him enough to also have him become my basic gyno and do basic checkups (the other gyno I was seeing wasn't nearly as attentive!). I was referred to Dr Hester by my sleep doctor and my first consult with Hester was great. Answered all of my questions thoroughly and made it clear that he is not hard to reach if I went home and thought of any more questions. I did not leave my visit feeling more confused (which is what used to happen to me after ent visits). He does not work with insurance but you get what you pay for. You are getting quality care so to me it's 100 percent worth it. Angelica at his office is very sweet and responsive with her emails. REVIEW- Dr. Richard Adrouny:…read more I rarely leave reviews like this, but I believe patients deserve to hear about my experience under the care of Dr. Richard Adrouny during treatment for B-cell lymphoma and Waldenström macroglobulinemia. My chemotherapy regimen included Rituximab, Cytoxan, Doxorubicin, Prednisone, Polatuzumab (Polivy), and Fulphila injections. Throughout treatment, I repeatedly reported serious and worsening symptoms to Dr. Adrouny's office, including persistent daily coughing, increasing weakness, progressive numbness in my feet, inflammation, and mobility problems. These symptoms continued to worsen over time. I was directed to the emergency department multiple times, where I spent hours waiting without meaningful answers or resolution. Despite ongoing neurological symptoms, I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously or aggressively investigated. Eventually, another physician later discontinued Polivy at Enloe Hospital. By that point, I had developed significant loss of sensation in my feet that continues today and affects my mobility and ability to drive. Additional concerns from my experience included: * Delayed follow-up regarding neurological symptoms * PET imaging not initially scheduled after chemotherapy cycle #6 until I personally raised the issue * Lack of timely coordination regarding referrals and follow-up care * Repeated symptom reports that I felt were minimized rather than fully investigated * Concerns regarding management of Fulphila side effects and inflammation symptoms I also attempted to address these concerns directly through Enloe Health's administration and patient experience department. Despite multiple conversations and emails requesting assistance and transfer of care, I did not feel meaningful action was taken. At one point, after asking questions regarding my treatment and complications, I was told I could seek care elsewhere. I am now pursuing transfer of care to another cancer center. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage patients to: * Keep detailed records of symptoms and communications * Ask specifically how chemotherapy side effects will be monitored * Request clarification about imaging schedules and follow-up plans * Seek second opinions early if symptoms continue worsening This review reflects my personal experience and documented interactions during treatment.

I have no problem with Dr. Kahn. He was very thorough and explain that I did not need surgery, which is a good thing, and gave good advice on my options. In fact, Dr. Kahn did a great job with my wife's back surgery. My problem is with the doctor's office not getting back to me. I never dealt with a doctors office not doing the doctors recommendation and not getting back to a patient. What am I supposed to do now? I am in pain and I'm trying to continue my recovery by trying acupuncture, but I cannot because no one called me back. Also, I believe Dr. Kahn needs to tell the acupuncture how to treat me. If you do reply to this please do not tell me to contact the practice manager at 408-540-6861 because they do not answer or return calls.
