From the start, Radka was very responsive and that's always a good sign, as there are so many flaky cleaning companies these days. I literally had another company ghost me after asking to view my home prior to the cleaning! Radka didn't require a "preview" of the home. She gave us her next availability and she & her co-worker showed up on time and with a smile! It took about 2-1/2 hours to clean our home, and they did a spectacular job! They cleaned areas that previous cleaners didn't touch. In addition, they were extremely pleasant and very friendly. They also came across as very trustworthy. They are our new go-to cleaners!

After she said she was finished i took a quick look around and noticed some questionable issues. She cleaned one side of the window frame, but forgot the other windows right next to it. She also cleaned the refrigerator but forgot the freezer. So I asked her to fix those issues. Once done, I should have walked the unit but I didn't figuring she completed her work. We went back and forth about the price and I was to tired to argue and paid her the 170. After she left and I went back to unpacking, I noticed the other issues and items that haven't been touch. The stair rails, shower door guides, above the blinds and heater vent haven't been touch to name a few. This was to be a thorough cleaning, which has me to believe otherwise by the items untouched. We decided to get our home professionally cleaned in preparation for some holiday visits. I had an appt scheduled for Wed @ 9:30 AM. The day before, I received a text message that my cleaner was coming between 11:30-noon. My cleaner didn't actually arrive until 12:30pm. She stayed for 2.5 hours and I barely notice a difference in the home. I watched her work for the majority of the cleaning, and it was pretty lazy tbh. - The blinds & windows were untouched. - The top of the stove and microwave was cleaned, but she didn't even bother opening the inside of the oven. - I told her the dishes in the dishwasher were already clean and just needed to be put away, but she ended up putting more dirty dishes in and then turned on the dishwasher (again). - She vacuumed the areas, but she didnt lift or move anything. She went AROUND the rugs (3 total), tables (2 total), and couch (1). - The mopping was slightly more lazy. She didnt even bother getting the full open areas. For 2.5 hours? I was expecting better quality... especially if I'm paying for a PROFESIONAL cleaner. The service I received was mediocre at best. I had no time limit so I was expecting all the services on their website to be completed. I was a first time customer and I probably won't be returning.
