Thanks to their help, I was able to SAFELY and STEADILY drop 18-20lbs in about 3 months so I could fit my wedding dress!! Dr. Nadia handles the labwork, nutrition/diet plans, and meds (if needed). Dr. Andre will help you with all your exercise goals/strategies/plans and will work with you on your mindset and lifestyle (so you don't relapse). Together, they are an amazing team (they are husband and wife, too) that will support you every step of the way to help you reach your weight goals SAFELY. AND they will help you MAINTAIN your weight. Their program has evolved very quickly and has adapted to accommodate patients during the COVID pandemic. You use their app on your phone to log your calorie intake, vitals, track weight, etc. The app also allows you to text them at any time if you have questions/concerns and they respond quickly :) Depending on your plan, you may meet with one of them once a week (so you do feel like you are held accountable and can't slack off because you're gonna see them every 7 days!!) Newell Strength 2 Ilene Ct, Hillsborough Township, NJ 08844…read more Newell Strength in Hillsborough and Flemington is not just a gym it's the most comfortable and valuable gem. Its a family and community atmosphere that his priceless. Newell Strenth was life changing for me!!! Small group workouts that anyone can do were a better for me than your typical CrossFit or stacked weights and Nautilus equipment without any guidance. Take it from a person who's been exercising on and off for a lifetime. Once I joined here. I transformed from a shy, quiet , head down in and out of the gym guy to an excited person who couldn't wait to work out. I loved the daily group instruction by the best most highly organized and trained trainers on the planet. I went from twice your typical 2-3/week workouts to yes six days a week. I can't believe I didn't figure this out sooner in life. You have to make time to escape the grind of life and work. I finally after 49 years changed my schedule and made the time for this self care because it changed me. This program became my oxygen, my food, my water. Its my mornings daily nourishment that fuels me for the rest of the day. Daily exercise like this is the best medicine. The best preventative and treatment for the immune system, for your mind and spirit. It prevents COVID. Running, biking, swimming are all great but there is nothing better than a well balanced strength training pre designed workout pushing some simple weights and kettle bells along with squats and pushups. Yeah Status Quo is not Ok!!! You need to push it! Your only copeting with yourself. The free weekly On Body Scale that measures my internal fat, muscle and hydration really helps motivate me. Yes you need to actively push more Oxygen and healing red blood cells deep into your smallest darkest blood vessels of your brain, heart, adrenals, all your internal organs and lymphatics. I call it opening up your microcirculation. At Newell Strength we have people of all ages working out together and growing new healthy physically tangible and intangible connections everyday. Newell Strength training is the best natural anti-anxiety, antidepressant and mind strengthening program you can choose to become part of. We are so Lucky thst Newell Strength has been around for over 7 years and will continue here in Hilllsborough and Flemington into perpetuity. But you can't knock it till you try it. Don't just take my word for it. Several of my friends and family members have also recently tried it and they are as in love with this local family owned and community run business as i am. Is there anything more important than your health? This restorative place and lifestyle will help you go back in time to a healthier version of you with more energy.
