They send reminder's of upcoming cleaning dates and are flexible in working with my schedule and making adjustments to the regular cleaning if necessary. I recently moved and wanted some specific cleaning done over a couple of days and we worked out Martha coming 4 hrs one day to wipe out cupboards and do some general cleaning and then 3 days later, after we moved out, came back another 4 hours finishing up the general cleaning. I asked her to also sweep the garage completely, moving shelving etc, and then spray it down with water and squeegee it out. It looked great! and the buyer's thanked us for leaving the house so clean and nice. I will really miss their help every month!

We used American Rug Laundry to clean our area rugs based off of their reviews on multiple social…read moremedia sites. I feel they did a good job. We opted for their $20 pick up/drop off service and it went fairly well. They picked up our rugs when they said they would and they were quick and nice. I would have felt more comfortable if they would have invoiced/tagged my rugs in my house, before taking them out to the truck. I added two extra rugs last minute that were not on my original invoice so I would have liked to have had the comfort of knowing all my rugs were properly accounted for and have a copy of that information. That being said, a few days later I did receive a very thorough email documenting each of my rugs. They included invoice numbers, QR codes, and several detailed photos of each rug and this gave me the confidence that I didn't feel during the pick-up. In fact I will go as far as saying that this documentation was extremely professional and I was very impressed with it. The rugs were then returned after the cleaning and drying process and each one was properly tagged and nicely wrapped in heavy paper for protection. Upon opening and inspecting them I felt that all but one were cleaned to my liking. All but one smelled neutral (no strong scent) and they looked and felt clean on both sides. It was very noticeable that they had been cleaned well. I was satisfied. And the one small rug that I wasn't satisfied with (it still smelled to me of pet urine -we bought it used at a low price knowing the condition) but I give kudos to the company because they took it back to re-clean it at no cost, (although they claimed I was smelling the latex from the backing and not urine in which I disagree, as this was the only rug that didn't smell neutral and still had the same circular stains on the back, unlike my other four rugs which smelled neutral and those markings were no longer visible). I can't complain though because they offered to re-clean it at no cost and they were very professional about it. Based on these things I will definitely try them again when I need their services. One more addition... I used them during one of their 40%off each rug promotions and there were no gimmicks or "fine print " and it was because of this promotion that I could afford having all my rugs cleaned at once. I don't think I would have use them with without the promotion as the prices would have been too steep.

Now that I don't live nearby I don't receive their coupon deals so I wish they would post them online. We cleaned a very dirty cotton rug that we use for our foray. I'm sure it also depends upon individual experience and that probably can vary greatly, depending upon your cleaner and needed interaction with the office staff. This review is based on our experiences over the last two years with Two Betty's. As you can tell from my rating, we are very satisfied. We have been lucky to have one consistent cleaner (Victor), who does a consistently excellent job. My interactions with the office staff has also been excellent. They are very accommodating to changes, both in terms of hours per visit and rescheduling when we are out of town. The price is based upon the number of hours (we use their services two hours per month and the price is quite clear and consistent. We started Two Bettys based upon a recommendation from our daughter, who is also quite happy with their service. Originally, we started because my wife had some surgery and our original intention was to stop the service when she recovered. I have carpeted stairs in my home that the kids run up and down all day with their shoes on and they were able to deep clean my stairs. After they were done cleaning it, the stairs was actually a shade lighter and I was reminded that that was actually how it was supposed to look. Me and my wife laughed when we saw that. For the job they did, theres no need to second guess the price for their services. Well worth every penny. It was spotless for the most part, maybe some small areas that they missed. But they're humans too, so there's no way they can clean this whole house under the two hours we booked them for. Even my wife said that she can't clean the home as good as they can. They offer a wide array of services to ensure you get exactly what you need done. Bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, living room, even the garage. You name it, they can clean it.
