I was horrified to be charge almost $300 for regs that now leak (none did at the last dive). They told up one octo had a minor leak, which, fine, can and does happen. However, upon trying to use the "functional" set, we found the primary now leaks dangerously (and no one there noticed, never mind said anything). I've attempted to contact them without response (phone and email). I'll update this if the issue is satisfactorily resolved.

Also gave tips on mask cleaning. I ended up buying a snorkel because the change in my snorkel's flexibility was too great. Really super customer service, helping me understand my gear better without making me feel stupid about it. Also gave a couple nice location ideas for my snorkel trip. I highly recommend them for snorkeling, even if you aren't a SCUBA diver.

I stopped by Madison Scuba to rent my equipment and they were super helpful and again, I gained more confidence about the upcoming dive weekend. The dive weekend was great. Although I was a newbie, they never made me feel like it. They were always very inclusive, patient, and understanding. I searched for hours looking for the right place to charter a boat that was big enough for my group of 15-20. Everything I found only held up to 10 people or held 50 or more, and they required that you purchase food and drink packages from them. Bob allowed us to bring all our own food and drinks so on top of being one of the most reasonably priced boats, we saved money on food and drinks too. Captain Bob was ridiculously accommodating for our group. He knew that traffic would be terrible because of the weekend we had our adventure so he offered to pick up our booze from Binny's that morning so we didn't' have to carry it down to the boat. He also went and got us cups since we forgot them. All in all, it was amazing and you should go visit!
