So 2 minutes before scheduled boarding they finally drop the news!? Ridiculous! Maybe I could have made new arrangements but at this point I have no options. Absolutely shameful. They still haven't updated the screens to reflect the new departure time! I'll never fly United again, and I'd encourage anyone reading this to do the same. They don't even care enough to update you about MASSIVE delays and that's unacceptable. I feel bad for the gate agents who now have to explain why they didn't bother telling anyone for hours that our plane is as good as canceled.
