History
Established in 2003.
Various travel experiences on my own, helped to shape the sort of B&B I wanted to provide my customers.
It was clear to me that my B&B would be a place a woman traveling alone or taking a child to an audition or college interview, would feel safe and comfortable as if visiting family. The bed would be very comfortable and the room nicely decorated. The towels would be thick, soft and fluffy. Guests would share all that makes North Fork special; the night sky, the quiet, the gardens, cross county skiing, snow shoeing, the Amish passing by, viewing wildlife, bird watching, seeing the humming birds up close while eating breakfast. My guests would absolutely LOVE their breakfast served at their convenience. The coffee or tea would be wonderful. Guests would wonder if they had been there before. Directions would be happily provided upon request. North Fork B&B would be the "place where everyone feels at home."
Meet the Business Owner: Lisa B.
I have owned and operated North Fork Bed and Breakfast since July 25, 2003. Traveling around New York State adjudicating music festivals is what inspired me to open my bed and breakfast. As a retired teacher, I really enjoy greeting parents and their children whether traveling, participating in events at any of the four area colleges, house hunting or visiting family.
