By chance I ran into Rick taking a phone call infront of my property where I needed 2 dead trees taken down. I spoke with him and he gave me a very reasonable quote on the spot. He said it may be 4 weeks before they can do it. He called me this morning (about a week after his quote) and told me they can do it today. I was concerned the tree will fall on my horse pasture fence so I stayed and watched. I was very impressed. After getting a reasonable quote from them to remove three trees on the property they came out within a week and did a stellar job. Everything was completed in a timely fashion. They took pride in cleaning up the debris. Workers were respectful of my desires of how some of the branches were to be trimmed going toward and over the house. We called a few tree trimming companies to come and do a free quote on what it would cost to trim a large tree. This was the best price. My husband called and left a message asking for a call back to schedule for when they could come and provide the services and never got a call back. I called myself and reached a woman who said a man would call me back to schedule since she didn't know the schedule. I waited a week and still no call back. I called a theirs time and left a message asking for a call back again. Since we hadn't heard back we moved on to another tree trimmer and scheduled with them. Then today I heard a noise outside and peaked out the window. Beeedan was outside trimming the tree. I called my husband asking if he maybe spoke with him and he did not. I went outside and spoke with the men and I told them we had never heard back from their company to set up the service. They had already started so I asked them to finish and said we would pay them and cancel with the other company. It wasn't too much of a big deal, but my husband and I don't appreciate how this company just ignores calls and doesn't communicate with their customers. In the future we will not be using them. I first contacted them in the beginning of June, they game us a quote, we called them the same day and said we would like them to remover our tree. they said ok would be a couple of weeks. We waited 4 then called them again, it took me trying 5 times but got them. They said it would be 5 weeks they were behind. waited 8 weeks, called again took 2 days to get them. The one that answered the phone said she would get with rick and get back to us. we waited and waited. nothing so I got a hold of the BBB, they sent 2 letters nothing. it is now Oct. 31 and nothing. They told us to get a hold of the Iowa Attorney, so we are going to do this. If a company and you have an agreement they had better do what they promise. So I am going to take this to whom ever it takes but they are going to do this job. well that Monday they showed up did the job and left. Well after they left I went out and looked there were deep tire tracks in our yard, and where they had other thing, there were more deep indents it is a mess. when the bill came it said pay within 30 days or they would add money for being late, LOL I was going to send them a bill for being 4 months late. well in with the bill I wrote a note about the yard, well guess what they never replied, this company is so bad I can't believe they are still in business.
