Excellent company to communicate and work with. Attention to detail in cleaning up the two trees was incredible! They used two climbers, no tree spikes, who were meticulous in their work and took proper time in doing their job. Owner of the company was on site for the two day job. Excellent clean-up. No vehicles driving on the yard were necessary. Thanks again, Robert

In the middle of the operation, a large branch which was being lowered scraped the edge of my roof, damaging the shingles. With my own eyes I saw the accident happen. I complained about this to Eli, but though he had not been there himself he claimed his workers had not caused the damage. He threatened to take his men and equipment home, and leave my yard full of tree debris. Faced with an impossible choice, I agreed to have him continue the work. When I spoke with the company owner, Mr. Emmanuel Pedroza, he too refused to take responsibility for the thousand-dollar cost of repairing my roof. This company may know enough about cutting trees, but it does not back up its promises. Eli had said they would treat my roof "as though it were a power line," being careful not to touch it. Instead, his workers carelessly let a branch brush my roof and break its shingles. Employ this company IF YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT LOSING MONEY.

I cannot speak highly enough about Jonny and his team at Tree Service of North Liberty. The wooded…read morearea of our lot had been neglected by previous owners for close to a decade, and invasive vines had taken over. Some harsh weather over the past couple of years also caused numerous trees to break, fall, or weaken. Jonny is an excellent communicator, and laid out a multi-phase process to restore the forest so that we can start to develop the next generation of trees and maintain a mature forest. Vines were cleared first, followed by felling dead/dying trees, then final clearing so that material taken down can decompose naturally in the forest. He always checked in as he and his team progressed on the job, making sure they were hitting the targets we wanted without getting too far (to a point of no return). They were courteous, kind, and thoughtful about their approach. They also were able to complete the job within a few weeks, allowing us a chance to get a head start on planting already this season. We also benefited from their services to shape a couple of trees in our front yard that were due for a trimming. We will most definitely go back to them for any tree needs.

Daniel came out to survey my large project of removing several trees and many large, leftover stumps from the derecho. I received a very detailed estimate, complete with a plan of action to access our isolated back yard, including pictures! Daniel's estimate & plan was the most detailed of all the estimates I received, not to mention the best price. Prior to the project, Daniel contacted neighbors and the city for permission to access our property with his well-maintained equipment. Daniel and his team were organized, worked safely, and always kept me informed. All the debris, minus chips from the stump grinding, were removed and the yard was left as I requested. Bottom line: Daniel Haas of High Angle Tree Service came when he said he would come, did what he said he would do, and charged what he said he would charge. I highly recommend High Angle Tree Service LLC. Thank you Daniel Haas!
