This new place comes from a crew that used to be at Sanchez, Maison, Tigermom, Baest and a ton of other various well regarded Copenhagen eateries. It's a combination of Latin American underlying currents combined with whatever they want to cook. SO it's an eclectic mix of all types of cuisines but at the end of the day it's about delicious and fun. they have a large outside area for the nice days but the insides of this triangular space is larger than i thought and it surrounds a long bar area.
A ceviche, squid with tomatillo/white asparagus, dinner rolls with michelada butter, padron peppers, fjord shrimps in season, EastenrEuropean inspired brisket sandwich and a Danish bread pudding that put it over the top. Had a cocktail, a beer and some wine rounded out all the pairings. On a Sunday it is a magnet for restaurant industry people, the football stadium nearby brings in fans and finally various stragglers like me looking for a meal on a day where most things are closed.
It's casual, fun and the food is delicious. Wish I had a hangout spot like this open until midnight in my hood. alas one can dream read more
