Riza's guidance helped me relieve so much tension and pain stored for years. I used to grind my teeth at night and mouth breathe and that's completely vanished. I also feel like my anxiety levels have dipped as I've been strengthening my tongue and practicing good tongue posture. Which then helped me with my digestive issues. Everything I ate caused inflammation and now I'm realizing my poor digestion might have a strong link to my tongue posture and inability to activate my vagus nerve. I feel like this experience has been life changing. If you're thinking of seeing a myofunctional therapist, I would highly recommend Riza. And it really is so life changing! I only wish I'd done this years ago.

Danielle seems really sweet, but I truly wish we just got more out of our experience with her. Similar to what another posting had mentioned... I had really high hopes and was super excited to work with Danielle after the initial consultation. I had only booked 2 weeks of coaching which was $400. The services guide that was given to me says 24/7 support via phone, text, or email. I understand not responding to 4 AM texts but there were days that went by where I wouldn't hear a peep from Danielle. She pretty much ghosted us after week one. About 2 weeks after the initial two week contract, I received a phone call from Danielle apologizing, which I appreciated; however, I would've preferred upfront communication instead of feeling like I got scammed out of $400. She did offer to get my daughter in a good place for sleeping to make up for the fact that she was not really reachable during the two week contract but here we are again... a month and a half later and I haven't heard anything from her. No follow up or "how's your daughter doing with her sleep?" I've almost given up at this point because I still have a daughter who struggles with bedtime and still wakes at night, despite our best efforts and I'm out $400. Maybe she would be better when she's in person but I feel like the coaching package was a waste of money.

I kept having to chase her through text. She wouldn't text me sometimes for 1-2 days and this went on for over a week. Finally, I decided that this lack of communication when it comes to my kids is a no no. If this is how she runs her business, it's prob how she runs her life and that is how it will be with me and my kids and I just won't allow that. I went with Balanced Sleep instead and the professionalism and communication has been night and day.

As two busy working…read moreparents, getting consistent, quality sleep was incredibly important to us, and having Suzi in our home gave us complete peace of mind. She has been reliable in every sense of the word--always on time, dependable, and incredibly professional. Beyond caring for our daughter overnight, Suzi has been a wealth of knowledge. Her calm, confident presence made those early months so much less stressful, and she was always happy to answer questions and share her experience. One of the greatest gifts Suzi gave our family was helping to establish healthy sleep habits for our daughter. She played a huge role in sleep conditioning her from the very beginning, and thanks to her consistency and expertise, our baby became a wonderful sleeper. That foundation has made such a difference for our entire family. What really sets Suzi apart is how much she genuinely cares about the families she works with. She initially worked with us five nights a week while another nanny covered the weekends. When our weekend nanny became sick, Suzi personally arranged for coverage so we were never left without overnight care. That level of dedication and commitment is rare and meant so much to us. We are incredibly grateful for everything Suzi has done for our family. She gave us the gift of rest during one of the busiest seasons of our lives, and we always knew our daughter was in loving, capable hands. If you're looking for an experienced, dependable, knowledgeable, and compassionate night nanny, we cannot recommend Suzi highly enough.

We had a long journey to parenthood and wanted to ensure both that our long-awaited baby had excellent care during the night and that we received enough sleep so that we could be more present with her during the day. We worked with both Susy (the owner) and Delmy and had an excellent experience! Both were professional, punctual, attuned to our baby's needs, and clearly knew how to effectively care for newborns. They are true baby experts who take their job very seriously. Both have calm energy and pleasant demeanors, cultivating an ideal, tranquil environment for new babies and overwhelmed parents. In addition, Delmy pointed out our daughter's torticollis, which enabled her to get early treatment via physical therapy. They also helped out with laundry, bottle cleaning and preparation, and keeping the nursery tidy, among other tasks. Susy and Delmy were able to accommodate a somewhat last-minute schedule change that involved adding three more nights during a hectic period, which we appreciated.
