I had my most recent annual mammogram here for the second year in a row. I have been extremely pleased with the facility, and its efficiency in checking in. I had made my appointment online, and my forms from RadNet were in the system, so it was streamlined. When I got to the facility, the wait time was brief. The one drawback is the parking situation. It was a very hot day, and I'm disabled, so the fact that I had to park down by a closed pharmacy (or was it a liquor store?) using their handicap parking slots. Walking back to the entrance was tiring and awkward, even with my cane, to say the least. When I got to the front, the door was locked! I finally found an entrance at the door marked for Cedars-Sinai offices. Finally, I was able to get inside. The air conditioning was good. read more

So disappointed. Takes 2 months to get an appt. I show up and am told I have to pay an out of pocket of $100+ dollars that I was not told of before. Because I don't think to bring a credit card to a mammogram I was sent away. I am extremely high risk and now even though I was there, wasn't seen. Been to this place for at least 6 years now and now that appointment went to waste and so did everything I did to schedule it in. No wonder it takes so long to get an appointment, the are too busy shaking cancer patients for change or sending them off. Very unprofessional and disorganised. Incredibly long wait time lack of communication. They did not generate a result and asked me to come back but didn't put any clear notes in my file. Never sent me my file. Never put me on the phone with anyone when I asked to speak to someone and then took a really long time for me to reschedule with an order. When I went back to a different location, Pasadena, I was left with an even worse experience with a series of gaslight tactics of them trying to not refund the AI fee that I paid for the original scan and brought me in a room with some strange man who was lecturing me on my "abnormal results." Which was confirmed by my doctor as untrue and then did not allow me to speak to the radiologist. They then told me that I need to come back, which I later found out from my doctor was another untrue statement. I received an email on May 7 letting me know that I have a refund of $540 due to me. I've been calling them since May 7 and I'm getting the runaround now they're saying that it was sent out but nobody knows where it was sent to I've called three times a week since May 7 and they keep saying we're looking into it and will give you a call. It's ridiculous. They take your money immediately. They overcharge and then they don't give a refund when it's due ridiculous. read more

Most disorganized facility. Looks nice. But they tell you to arrive 20 minutes early then wait an hour past your appointment time. No information on delays given. Patients in the lobby are arguing over Covid policies. Staff pick and choose which "rules" to enforce. Masking, enforced (kinda). Social distancing, signs everywhere, but entire families in the lobby together with signs ever saying only the patient, anyone else should wait in the car. Cedars shares a lobby. You can hear entire conversations with patients from anywhere in the lobby. There was no privacy offered. The staff at the check in are more concerned about their breaks than the patient in front of them. read more

I am shocked to see so many negative experiences here because I cannot sing enough praises for this place. The facility is beautiful and super clean. I was checked in within minutes and waited maybe 15 minutes to see the ultrasound tech. She answered all of my questions during the ultrasound and was super kind. I was surprised to hear that I would be getting my results during my appointment. Never have I had a MRI or Ultrasound done where I was given feedback the same day, usually you have to wait weeks! Someone analyzed my imaging and reported back to me within 10 minutes and THAT service alone is worth coming here. I did notice on my way out that there was a lengthy check-in line and more people in the waiting room so perhaps they overbook in the afternoon like other yelpers have reported but my apt was at noon and I was out within the hour. Parking note- if you're able to do a 2 min walk, there is a neighborhood with parking if you turn in towards the Office Depot. I don't know the garage situation there but I'm sure it's a paid garage. read more

This place is complete disappointment and frustration!!! They canceled my appointment the day of and couldn't even tell me exactly why, different people were giving me different reasons. One told me their equipment does not work?!?! This is the place that only do mammograms and have million rooms with million machines and I have never heard of such a lame reason for a huge mammogram place that only do mammograms!!! My appointment was at 3:10 and I think they all just wanted to go home or at least it felt that way! I come here once every year for annual check up and every time I come front desk people are so rude and not friendly at all with so much attitude!!! Every year there is always something with this place: the girl who booked my appointment this time didn't know what she was doing and it took her 20 min to book it, I asked for a manager after cancellation and I was on hold for 18 min and manager never took a call, all of them who work there are so ignorant, obnoxious, disrespectful and don't care about anyone or anything! Just had the best over the phone customer service/patient care experience with Lisa. She scheduled my appointment for a biopsy, but it is much later (3 weeks). I asked if I could put my name on a list to get an earlier appointment if anyone cancels, but she suggested I give them a call a few times each day to find out if there are any cancellations. I don't know if I can handle 3 weeks of waiting. Regardless, Lisa explained all the prep for the day of the procedure plus after care and answered all my questions. read more

Was here Friday for my yearly Mamogram. I did the 3D this time, supposed to be better. Was in and out within an hour. My technician was nice. They have chairs spaced for Covid, and you do have to wear your mask the entire time you are there. It's close to home and a nice facility, so that's why I come here. read more

This facility is very unprofessional. I went for a mammogram and was first turned off that I could hear women at the front desk quoting how much they charge for their services. Then a technician, not a doctor, pulled me in the back and told me my results were 'suspicious' and 'abnormal'. NO doctor spoke to me. I was appalled! It is highly unethical for a doctor not to communicate results to a patient, and this has been verified by several medical professionals. I would never go here again!!!!!! read more

Let me start by saying I am happy with the actual medical services and results they provide, but this place is a mess. It is an unpleasant experience EACH time for the patient. The lack of communication between front desk staff and back staff is what causes the issue. Had an appt at 1115. Waited over an hour an a half. Got up to ask the front desk how much longer, they said you are next. The ultrasound tech took me back and apologized profusely that she wasn't told and went to lunch the entire time cause she wasn't notified she had a patient. The actual procedures are super fast and the back staff are great! As for the billing, another huge issue. Even though they can verify your insurance AND what they cover, they charge you more if you have not met your deductible. My copay (explanation of benefits) paperwork said I was responsible for my $20 copay. So I expected a $157 refund for the extra I paid. The appt was in February 2025... late june... nada dinero. Called their billing dept late June - received a check in a week. So you were going to conveniently keep my money until I asked. So for future patients, please call them if this is happening to you to get your money back. Unfortunately there aren't a lot of options for these types of services so this is what you're stuck with. My most recent mammogram with them was very fast-I was early and they accommodated straight away. Lovely clean office and modern equipment. Staff always nice and competent. I would recommend going here if your insurance allows. Now also offering AI assistance which is an EXTRA set of eyes to go over your images which costs aprox $40 as insurance doesn't cover but that could change any day. read more

I'll start with the positive- the doctor, nurse and mammogram and ultrasound techs I saw were efficient, competent and kind. I was disappointed that I didn't have an opportunity to speak to the radiologist who reviewed my mammogram- it would have put me at ease. Instead, the ultrasound tech just told me I had to schedule a biopsy and said "don't worry it's probably fine!" It was, but that isn't the most helpful thing to hear. The reason for two stars is the front desk staff and admin. I had a horrible experience with them like so many other reviewers and if I could remind all the women reading this one thing, it would be that they deserve so much better than to have interact with people like them, especially in a healthcare setting. The women who work at the desk behave like they are one second from popping off at you in the club. The level of professionalism is zero. They are the kind of people who will lose it on you if they think you're looking at them the wrong way. They lost two faxes from my doctor (turns out they gave her the fax number to their offshore scheduling center instead of their office.) They threatened to cancel my biopsy if they didn't get the order, and I told them I didn't think that a fax machine issue should be the reason my appt gets canceled. When they called back to say they talked to my doctor, I heard one of the women in the background literally imitating me and making fun of what I'd said!! I let it go for about 15 seconds before I said hello- wanted to hear her whole performance lol. They require you to come in 25 minutes before your appointment to fill out paperwork, even though the paperwork can be filled out online and takes approximately three minutes to complete. I waited over an hour for both of appointments and when I asked when I would be seen, the woman snapped at me that she couldn't tell me. When I asked another employee 15 mins later, the woman screamed "I ALREADY TOLD YOU I DON'T KNOW." PS there is zero cell service for Verizon in the entire building and they don't offer guest wifi, so you can't tell anyone you're going to be late. I also heard them collecting so much money upfront from other patients because "they weren't sure about their insurance." One woman forced the employee to check with her insurance on the spot and what do you know- it went from $600 to $85 just like that! I can't imagine how much money they're pocketing from scared/anxious women who don't have the energy to deal with the medical system. So many other little egregious things here and there but at the end of the day, I wouldn't put myself through this again. Luckily my results came back okay but I will be finding a new place for my mammogram next year. Its a cattle call / factory type environment snd I strongly believe women deserve so much better. read more

Pros: *Large and clean waiting room *seems to have scheduling down well, as the wait was minimal. *The person who checked me in was very polite and friendly. *Mammogram tech was extremely thorough, kind, polite and respectful Cons: During a pandemic-you need to have hand sanitizer in your wait room-at the very minimum at the check in desk so that after you get off the elevator, touch the counter, their pens, etc- you can disinfect your hands. They do not have this for their patients-completely unacceptable I asked them where it was-I was told (by a different check in person) that: "We are in a pandemic, supplies are low, as they are going to first responders"...with an added eye roll from her, for effect. "You can wash your hands in the bathroom if you want to". ...um-no. We are now 2.5 months into this-supplies are not hard to get anymore. I just left Ralphs and purchased hand sanitizer for $2.99. It is even at the dollar store. Hand sanitizer is easy to get. A ridiculous response and excuse. Unacceptable. Fail. *The attendant that brought me to my changing room wanted me to go through the draws to find a gown-she would not do that for me. So, with no hand sanitizer, I was supposed to open draws, touching things and their gowns that other people will now be touching after me. Unacceptable. Total fail. There is no hand sanitizer in any waiting area throughout their offices (there are at least 3 separate waiting areas). Fail ****The tech who did my mammogram was extremely thorough cleaning everything-(this made me feel so much more comfortable)-and when she saw me holding a tissue to hold my locker key-offered to sanitizer the key for me and allowed me to use her hand sanitizer. Trifecta right there-loved her. Management needs to say thank you to her-as she is the reason this is not one star read more

I got an abnormal mammogram, and I chose to see a doctor in another state as a specialist Breastlink could not email the images they make you wait for them to burn a CD and put it in snail mail. This is April 2024 and it's bizarre to me that they can't email images. Very behind the times. read more

They kept giving me the run around & telling me that my referring doctor needs to call to have them expedite my report. My doctor's office contacted them but now then they claim they still don't have a request to expedite my report. My doctor actually walked over to their office because she's across the hall at Facey and told them to get my report over as soon as possible. They still will not release my report and claim they still need her to request they expedite it. They finally admit that they are very backlogged and are unable to have the reports read by their doctor. Rather than give me and my doctor the runaround, they should have owned up to their lack of resources and inability to handle this situation. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. read more

The facility is new and clean. My disappointment came in when I was informed prior to my procedure that they are in network with my insurance. I came to find out after everything was done that I had a bill for $6,400 with them because my insurance payed nothing. They were out of network & not even providers of Aetna. After sending in my payment before undergoing surgery, they managed to send a portion of the payment to collections. A practice of very poor choice. Their billing is confusing, expensive and even shady. I had to make many phone calls to figure out what I was being billed for & where my payments went. It was a very unpleasant experience dealing with them. If you have to use their services, call your insurance company first. Do not trust their employees. read more

CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT AND GO TO ANOTHER FACILITY. my mom had a 2pm appt. we fill out the forms online and was 15 mins early. the wait was 1 hour and 30 minutes. they over book appointments on purpose making customers wait well passed their appointments. do they care? nah its all the money.....over book appointments and get that money in the door. and the customers arent going to leave cause who wants to make another appointment and waste another day. not only that the bathroom for the customers is out of order. how wonderful. i asked to let my mom use the inner office bathroom and my mom came out and said there was no toilet paper and she had to use tissues that she had in her purse.....grosss.....they cant even keep their own bathroom clean....yuk. like i said if you want to schedule a time and wait there over an hour to be seen then go ahead....you've been warned. read more

I agree with others that the facility is very beautiful but the front office staff is awful; rude, impatient and not a smile to be found. The wait time, as others have said, is also ridiculous. They always tell you to get there 20 minutes early and you end up waiting long past your appointment time. This has happened to me every time. It seems that they're just overbooking to get in as many people as possible. In addition, the gowns they give you to wear are one size only: small. I'm a big person and the look I got the first time I asked for a larger one was enough to shut me up and never ask again. It barely covers my front. The woman all but threw a second gown at me and told me to hold it against my front. I didn't take it so I used just that 1 small one and had to grasp the front tightly in my fist to keep it from exposing me. It's absolutely unacceptable. There is no reason whatsoever for this kind of humiliation. At a women's breast clinic of all places. I swear it seems at times as if they're going out of their way to make you as uncomfortable as possible at a time when you feel your most vulnerable. As if that weren't bad enough, you then have to go into another large room to wait to be called in. This room has 2 large entryways and is at the corner of a main hub where all the staff are coming and going, so that while you're sitting there trying to keep your gown closed, everyone who passes by does a quick look in and it makes you feel like you're in a zoo! It's one of the worst experiences at a doctors clinic I've ever had. The only thing keeping this place in business is that it's one of the few facilities where you can get several things done at once (ultrasounds, mammograms, MRI, bone density, biopsy) instead of having to go to different places for each one. They need to get their stuff together and start treating their clients better. Badly done. read more

Zero stars. Was referred here by physician. Had an appointment in December that I waited 3 months for. They confirmed me twice. The night before I get a text cancelling my appointment. I rescheduled for 2 months later, today 2/21/2023. They confirmed me twice, including YESTERDAY. My appointment was at 10:20. At 10:02 I got a text from them cancelling me AGAIN. I will never reschedule with this place! I have now taken 2 unpaid days off of work and been cancelled twice. I will find a new place that is reliable and this place better hope their negligence doesn't cause someone to go undiagnosed with a problem read more

So I have been to this location on two occasions, now and was reluctant to providing a review from a Man's point of view. However, after my last visit, I found it really necessary to post my experience and observations. My purpose for visiting this location was for an elder parent going through post breast cancer biopsies and examinations. This appointment was for a Biopsy, for which I personally took (Prior to the appointment) my Parent's records and recent Ultrasound reports, etc. so that the doctor / technician could look over everything and decide prior to the appointment if any other tests / mammograms / etc. were needed. This is a very sensitive and stressful situation. And at the appointment, at the last moment, as if no records had been submitted they delayed the service to call the doctors and get a verbal for a diagnostic mammogram. This is just something they should have done and reviewed prior to the appointment. On another note, the facility is very nicely decorated, arranged, color coordinated, and the staff to some extent polite and professional. However, there is just this atmosphere and demeanor of coldness to it. It was raining, I took time off from work as my Daughter, so we could take my nervous parent to the biopsy appointment. We were having a delay, due to unforeseen circumstances, and upon calling and tying to have them understand an office representative abruptly told my Parent she had 15 minutes to get there or they would cancel. My Parent was quite taken back with how insensitive and cold the employee was. Then at the facility, I witnessed several older women who were having much difficulty understanding the required paperwork and were visibly quite anxious about being there. It wasn't that difficult to observe, but it would have been nice if just one employee would have maybe taken a moment to see if anyone needed help. The staff must remember these aren't patients, they are someone's Mother, Sister, Grandmother, Friend with feelings and emotions...a little humanity goes a long way.... read more

This place is one of the cleanest imaging/X-ray facility I have been to- state of the art equipment and huge office space. The staff are friendly and the Mamogram process is fast and much easier than the older machines. Parking is not free- it's about $5 for 30 minutes but it's worth the money when you're in & out of appointment-no waiting! read more

This facility is horrible. I received a text 40 minutes before appt telling me they had a stat situation and I should reschedule my mammogram. They didn't have openings for two months so I went and waited. Both the front office and techs treat patients like a cattle call. No one there wants to interact with the patients. The tech didn't care that is was the most painful mammogram in my 29 years of mammograms and that I am a breast cancer patient. Do not go there. I have been to facilities in Thousand Oaks and the employees are kind and caring. Parking is expensive and hard to find. No clear signs for the exit. Just bad from start to finish. Will never come back to this facility. Very uncaring front desk personnel (specifically the girl with lots of tattoos on her hands). I had a follow up ultrasound for an abnormal mass and the front desk was rude, dismissive and lazy about calling the doctors' office to get the order. You need to teach your personnel manners and work ethics, you do not go into a patient care with that attitude. read more
