When people ask me "how's training going?", I can't help but gush. I began working with Breakthrough Performance Coaching 5 months ago and it's been one of the best moves ever...no, I mean, EVER. My excitement is ridiculously through the roof. BPC is full of quality and caring people, supportive and encouraging coaching, camaraderie, and there's so much to look forward to! I participated in my first competition yesterday at Tri-Mania Summit and Expo as an official BPC athlete and was so proud to represent in their tri top. Typical of the support I've experienced thus far, I had two coaches yelling at me to keep pushing when I wanted to stop, one on either side, as I was within seconds of another girl.
