Regarding my emotional & mental healing journey, Chris reached out to me and offered her services after the devastating and traumatic loss of my mom. I had a good feeling and accepted her offer. The grief was blinding and insurmountable and layered on top of plenty of other issues in my young adult life. Showing up to the first session, I felt so held and seen and safe in the room and was able to dive into some really heavy things to help process and adjust the root of the pain. Chris helped me every step of the way and I think her practice is super unique and supportive for people dealing with trauma, grief, physical pain, the inability to break certain unhealthy patterns, you name it. The combination of using Reiki in conjunction with her gentle counseling towards the root of issues in your life, is in my opinion, one of the best ways to heal and break patterns I have found.
