"I came here to work on self-image in how I connect with others in a business setting. I was feeling anxiety about future events that had not taken place due to wanting to run my business "perfectly." I also came in for confidence and issues with handling my finances in relation to running my business. Hypnosis has contributed to my success in that I saw myself taking healthy risks and action steps towards making my business run more efficiently. I began to see myself as confident and qualified to succeed. Whereas other modalities have take months for me to see results, hypnotherapy has enabled me to make positive changes in my life as early as after the first session. A big thank you for helping me see that my goals are more achievable (and simpler) than I initially made them out to be!" read more

If you are considering therapy, consider Mindzai. Benefit of talk therapy with an additional layer that helps me dive a little deeper. I find it very helpful read more

I went in for looking for help with depression, anxiety attacks, confidence, and finding my path to what's next in life. Medicine and talk therapy were not helping. I read about hypnosis and wanted to try it out. I'm very glad I chose it. With hypnosis, you feel it. If committed and willing to experience it, the changes will come. They came easier with hypnosis that with other methods I have tried. From my first session at Mindzai, I have begun to make better choices on my daily schedule. My confidence and sense of life are the best they have ever been. I have gotten the tools I needed to push myself to become I wanted to be and was meant to be. Hypnosis has been extremely successful. I am able to catch myself making better choices and wanting the best there is for myself. My experience has been far beyond what I expected. I have received the help I was looking for. I cant thank Jason enough for what he does. It definitely changed my life for the better. read more

"I came for help to quit smoking and the experience has been terrific and successful. I am a nonsmoker now. This works better than anything I've tried before, patches, pills, etc. A complete success." read more

I've researched hypnosis and thought it sounded like an effective way to deal with several issues I struggle with. I read reviews on a variety of different providers and selected Mindzai/Jason. After meeting with him three times for a period of two hours each - I'm very surprised as I go back and read reviews. I found the experience ineffective and quite expensive. The visits consisted more of Jason talking than actual practice. It also felt like he was not prepared - he asked many times if we had already discussed something. I left the third visit frustrated and basically at the same place as the first visit. read more

I came to Mindzai and Jason for help letting go of a sugar addiction. In just three visits, I was able to easily let go of sugar and feel completely in control of my food choices. I noticed a dramatic improvement after the first session. It took little to no effort and I felt relaxed and in control the entire time. I am confident I'll be returning for additional transformative work. read more

I came to Jason for several issues. One was drinking too much wine in the evening and have been for over 3 decades. I can easily drink a bottle and a half up to two bottles of wine and sometimes in my life it's been much more. I was skeptical but nothing else has helped so why not give hypnotherapy a try. I've only had one meeting which was last Wednesday. And I have to tell you I'm NOT hyping this up! I can't even look at a glass of wine! I can't even look at the store that I used to buy it. LOL. Crazy huh. Yes I went through 3 days of detox but I have NEVER felt better!! I have so much energy I can't even sit straight and not to mention all the time on my hands. I didn't realize what a prisoner of my own device I had created over the years. I'm so excited I made the choice to visit Jason. It's a miracle this is working for me; I'm so blessed. I can't wait for my next visit this Wednesday to see how he can help with my life choices I have strived to accomplish my whole life. I'm good out the gate...but have a hard time getting to the finish line with most of my goals. I can't thank Jason enough. It's a bit expensive...but for me it's well worth it. This will save me $$$$ because I'm not spending it on drinking. If I do have a drink it would be with friends going out to dinner and even then I can't drink more than one. It's fantastic and I wish hypnotherapy could work for everyone. Thank you Jason!!! read more

I came here on a whim, desperate to help relieve my severe anxiety, as well as other mental health issues. I gotta Groupon for the session and decided to give this place a try. Although the session was insightful, I don't think it would help me in the long run like actual therapy has helped. As much as he tried to convince me that hypnosis does work, I honestly don't see it working for me. Perhaps because I don't wanna take three more sessions, but also because it's way too expensive, when I can see my regular therapist with my copay. The session didn't help with my anxiety much and I still don't believe in this type of work to be honest. I give this three stars because at least he tried to help, but it didn't come off genuine to me read more

I sought out hypnosis because realized I was leading an unhealthy life, one that wasn't good for me. I was drinking too much wine, almost daily, and just didn't like myself. I read reviews on Yelp and researched Mindzai online, and it felt like the right fit and choice for me. This process has been insanely successful. I didn't know what to expect being new to hypnosis, and have been very happy with it and the progress made. You've retrained how I look at wine consumption and I don't feel as tempted to give in and overindulge. I now feel much better and happier and focus on the things I love in life. read more

I'm really not sure how many or few stars to give this place because, while I don't think this is a bad hypnotherapy practice, it didn't do anything for me personally. I just want to write honestly about my experience so that others who are considering this would be aware that it may work for some people but not for everybody. I came here seeking help for a very specific phobia, and the three hypnotherapy sessions I underwent did not even come close to helping alleviate my phobia. I do think that Jason cares about what he does and wants to improve people's lives, and he may even be great at what he does. But I felt like the mostly positive reviews here gave me false hope. I also feel like he does try to upsell you a little bit. When we initially spoke on the phone, he told me that he thought three sessions would probably be enough to alleviate my phobia, perhaps a few more. Then on the third session, when I said that I didn't feel a change, he mentioned that he thought if I took seven sessions my phobia would definitely be gone. I don't really have that kind of money, or the inclination to spend it. read more

This is my mental cleanse for the week, and my anchor for positive change. I'm highly skeptical of...well, everything, but particularly the idea of hypnosis. I happened to meet Jason and would never had tried hypnotherapy otherwise. On paper, my life was looking better than ever, but I was feeling inexplicably awful. The deep meditative trance that I finally made time for with Jason has helped me collapse the significance of haunting memories, feel more at ease in my own skin, and take positive action in new ways. I seriously cannot thank him enough for the profound change he has been able to make in so many facets of my life. Although I noticed improvement from the first session, I think it has been the continued weekly practice that has really allowed me to progress mentally. Skeptics, try this out. read more

When I came in, I was distraught beyond being able to even articulate what I was experiencing mentally, physically, emotionally. I was experiencing anxiety, depression, controlling tendencies, inability to move forward. After a single session, immediately, before even leaving the office, it was gone. I felt years younger, freer, clearer, happier. The process has been 100% successful. I cannot imagine anything being more efficient or effective. I legitimately feel "cured", which seems comical to say but feels completely accurate. The experience has been life changing. I chose hypnotherapy because I became more afraid of continuing to be miserable than I was of trying something "weird". Now I feel more myself than I have ever been able to be, and more pleased with who that person is than I ever could have imagined. Thank you read more

I visited Jason at Mindzai Hypnotherapy with the hope of eliminating some unproductive habits, and polishing up some habits I've wanted to develop. For anyone considering hypnotherapy, you should know it's nothing like what hollywood has shown us - at least not with Jason. It's a really comfortable environment and a friendly and supportive dynamic. We spent some time discussing what I wanted to work on so Jason and I both had a full understanding of where we should go with the work. The actual hypnosis is effortless and relaxing. You basically just sit back in the most comfortable recliner imaginable and fall deeper and deeper into relaxation while Jason guides you through the things you're there to work on. You don't really have to actively participate either, just let your mind clear and settle down. After seeing Jason one time I was already more productive with those habits I wanted to work on and had an easier time avoiding the bad habits we addressed. I think an important thing to note is that hypnotherapy isn't just for crisis intervention or cessation of a really damaging lifestyle habit, it can be used to tune up your already productive behaviors and habits. It's a bit like mental floss that helps refocus your energy toward things that serve your goals! I'd recommend anyone check out Mindzai and see how you can jumpstart some positive changes! read more

Jason is a true master of his craft. Hypnotherapy is far from mainstream but I went in with an open mind and plenty of issues to tackle. When I read online that hypnotherapy could consolidate a years worth of regular therapy into just a few months, I had no idea... Hypnotherapy is a results based process for practical people. I've taken more action towards my goals and accomplished more than I had in years throughout my sessions with Jason. Every session starts like a normal therapy meeting. We discuss the past week and he listens with a keen ear. After he allows me to share my insights, vent my frustrations and tell of my accomplishments, he helps me make actionable goals for the coming week. Then we move into the hypnosis... Hypnosis is an experience unlike anything in the world. You know what's happening and you are engaged with the process on all levels. Jason crafts his words in just the right way, relieving you of your burdens, embedding empowering beliefs and allowing you to see yourself living the life of your dreams. By the time you're done, you feel like your future success is inevitable and all you have to do is walk out the door and claim it. And that's not far from the truth. After the sessions, I walk into the world with a greater sense of clarity. When I encounter challenges that would normally stop me in my tracks out of fear, I casually conquer them as if they aren't there. My vision Jason has helped me to solidify pulls me through them. I no longer have to push myself. If you have bad habits blocking you from accomplishing your dreams or you need help managing your self-limiting beliefs, Jason is the man to see. If you're tired of spinning wheels with regular therapists and never really making momentous progress, hypnotherapy is for you. Give it a try. I guarantee you will be looking back a year from now and think to yourself, "That was the decision that changed everything." read more

Starting this program was the best thing I've done in years. Jason's a really nice guy and a great therapist. I didn't think it was possible for life to get this good, this fast. I recommend him all the time. I love the direct feedback and seeing immediate changes. Originally, I was pretty skeptical but after 4 sessions, my chronic insomnia is gone, I've dumped a lifetime of old hurts and fears, and my personal and professional relationships are now the strongest they've ever been. I'm so glad I met him; I can't describe how bright the future feels after he cleared some obstacles I never knew were there out of the way. read more

Before going into the specifics let me start this review off by saying that my sessions with Jason were incredibly insightful and that I truly believe I gained great benefit from them. It's difficult for me to pinpoint what I found so beneficial, but I always found myself feeling more clear headed and energized than I had in ages, after our sessions. These sessions presented a fantastic opportunity for me to organize my thoughts and center myself, and Jason did a fantastic job of guiding my thoughts. I always looked forward to our meetings. Jason is an incredibly approachable guy, and that's a huge part of why I think these sessions were so great. I felt very comfortable with him, and loved the insights he provided whenever we discussed aspects of my life that I wanted to work on. It definitely felt like a team effort. I've completed 3 sessions with Jason, and I look forward to doing more in the future. read more

"I had been feeling confused, scattered, a bit angry, and without direction before I met Jason and learned of his hypnotherapy techniques. I wanted to get to a point where I could become who I wanted to be intentionally - not just be falling into it. So far, I am feeling much more on purpose - more motivated to do what I know to do rather than just "think about it". It has felt wonderful to experience the release of tension and stress - gaining energy - and it lasts way beyond each session. I really appreciate Jason's thoughtful insights, his willingness to share and teach. Thank you!!!" read more

I sought out hypnotherapy because I was experiencing feelings of apathy, lack of purpose, and general discontent. I felt stuck in my life and I was open to tackling the problem in a way I hadn't tried before. Although I had to limit myself to six sessions, I think it certainly had the positive impact I was looking for. Hypnosis has helped me gain traction, enabling me to make strides toward being a more purposeful and motivated individual and jolting me out of my apathy quicker than the therapy provided by my psychologist. Thanks again, Jason! read more
