Two of the projects are BASIC (framed shower doors and a glass replacement in a French door), the other two are complex. I was told they would have a quote in a few days. After a week I contacted them, then took another two weeks for them to finally say they can't do any of the projects ... even the simple ones. Stay Away!!!

After 3 weeks they given ETA. Installers came and every they fixed wrong. Before finish installation itself they are asking for money. Once installers left when i check they didn't install properly and they messup everything. They didn't fix some parts Door making noise and when i asked them they are saying we will fix how ever they want. Recklesly they are saying we will fix like that and we don't fix properly also and you need to pay remaining. They are saying that is how we work. Don't buy with this company. Thei company is not going to provide better service and warranty.

Called got voice mail waited most of the day for a return call…read more When they did call the conversation was not as professional as I would expect but to clincher was the lack of commitment on scheduling. "We are very busy so I can't tell you when we can give you a quote or how long it would be before we could install". I called a larger company, they came out gave a great price and scheduled us for two weeks out. Only because we couldn't be here next week. I'm sure kemp is a great company and must be very busy. I wanted to use local company but they appear to be too busy to want our business.
